Don’t go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist that I spoke with on 3/30/2024 at 3pm is rude and does not know anything about medicine. I asked her about my prescription and she said the prescription was older than her and I put together and she has no idea what’s in it. She is horrible and should be a customer. Transparency is totally different from being uneducated and rude. Will take my business else where. Luckily my mom was able to call another Walgreens and get the right information for me.

I am very thankful to the lady in the pharmacy that helped me today.. I had made many calls to surrounding Walgreens for help with finding a nebulizer for my baby.. everyone was rude and did not want to help, but this young lady ( I think her name was Kacy) called around and found one for my baby. She was very helpful and I am so thankful for her helping us out during a stressful time. Wondering customer service. She is a gem!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I scheduled pickup for Jan 2 online. Assistant Asked for my name Hill. After much research couldn’t find it. Gave her my date of birth. Brought prescription and asked my phone number. She said that’s not the number. She told me the number she had and I advised her that was my son’s phone number. I told her we don’t have to same DOB and don’t live at same address and we don’t have the same phone#. I told her that I scheduled pickup online 2 weeks ago. She then said they don’t hold scripts for 2 weeks. I advised I scheduled it for pickup today. She said you can’t do that you have to pick up within 2 days. I explained again I scheduled pickup online for today. Finally after 10 mins she said she would fill it today. I mean where do they find their employees!?

Go to this walgreens bc it’s close to where i work and the service is great other than an extremely rude and pushy younger man who works at the photography counter. It was a convenient place to stop and pick up small things that i need but i will no longer be going to that location.

This is the worst pharmacy to deal with ever! This is the 4th time I get a text and a phone call that my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they tell me I have to wait one more day. I didn’t even want to have to get it today because I was exhausted after I worked 12hrs. I could have waited no big deal. Then if you don’t pick it up when you get a text or phone call then you get another one that tells you if you don’t pick it up we will put it back or send it back. Whatever.Can someone who works there make a call and say “hey I know you got a text that your stuff was ready but it really is not ready but it will be ready tomorrow”That would be awesome! This will be my last prescription I get from this Walgreens! In fact it’s my last prescription from any Walgreens!

For your own sanity do not use this pharmacy. Twice in less than a year I've been charged for a full prescription that was only partially filled because they were out of stock only to be told they're not providing the rest I've already paid for. I'm not sure how this is even legal but it's definitely not acceptable. I'm so sick of dealing with Walgreens and this store that I've transferred my prescriptions to CVS to save myself the hassle. At this point, I don't even care if it's more expensive because I've never had problems with CVS filling prescriptions on time and the peace of mind knowing my medications will be paid for and filled in a timely manner is worth a few extra dollars.

Store is nice… but employees are not. I hit one wrong button on the keypad where you pay…and the lady made me feel like an idiot and a huge inconvenience. I will be avoiding this Walgreens as much as possible.

Pharmacy is good. (I walked in and not sure about the drive thru). Main register depends on the person. May be don't go late in the evening. Understaffed and over worked Staff, so workers get so moody in the evenings than in the morning and will get a pretty bad service in evenings.

Gloria was beyond rude and the manager there is the worst do not come here. I came into the store and checked out but my brother had to go to the restroom so I waited at the entrance with my baby and little sister just looking at the makeup we touched one of the products and she yelled at my little sister and I got very upset because she is an old lady yelling at a kid and then continued to get an attitude with me because I told her something for talking to us like that. I asked her for her manager and he was there the whole time watching her disrespect us. He did not care he just told us to keep shopping. I asked her for her name and she continued to have an attitude I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to come here it makes me really sad to see someone her age act like that. She made my little sister cry. Do not come here ever.

Do not come here for vaccines! First they let you book them online, then they let you stand in line forever, then they try to give you the wrong one at first, and them recognize that they don‘t have the ones you could book online on stock! Next time I‘ll go to a CVS

Gloria is very rude. From the way she rushed me as if I didn’t have cash in hand ready but then told me to hold on why she figured something.As if shopping here is inconvenience to her.Almost forgot to give me my change had to remind her, she’s very rude but said “honey” when she looked like she was gonna lose patience.I stayed polite anyways cause ya never know what folks go through but didn’t really like that. Next time I’m gonna have to call you out Gloria, very unnecessary and rude.

The cashier told me to buy Vicks brand vapor rub because the store brand has "different active ingredients". The generic brand and the Vicks brand have the same active and ingredients as well as the same percentage of each ingredient. When I said this she just picked up the package, looked at it, and set it down. Also, prior to making this statement she asked me if my child was sick. I don't have any children and I'm fairly young - it was for my husband.Not too pleased with this interaction.
