Ms. Banks in Ulta Hair Salon at this location was very efficient, thoughtful and courteous. The manager and she were able to work me in as a walk in for a service that took 90 minutes. Highly recommend this location for shopping and for the Hair Salon. Will be back!

Needed to go to Ulta to get skincare I can only find there and had a rude experience with Cashier Steven that makes me not want to go to Ulta or at least this Ulta again.

this The workers were rude, snobby, stuck up, and prejudice towards blacks. Me, a black woman, walked in with my black husband and got faces made at us, no one asked if we needed help, and they were sarcastic towards us. Also stared at us as if we were contagious. There are also many other african americans that had similar experiences at this ulta in the reviews.It seems to be an ongoing issue towards african americans at this ulta. Do better with staffing, and stop being prejudice in 2024.If you don’t want to be around people with a different SKIN TONE, just stay at home, i mean i don’t think someone’s skin tone can get up and bite you. Grow up!

I’m only rating because their pickup team needs to do better. They mistaked me and my cousin’s orders because we have the same last name and tried to convince us that the pickup member verified it with her at the car. They never verified, and didn’t ask for an ID either. And They never asked ME if I wanted my order with someone else. So they could’ve given my order to just anyone I guess. What if she wasn’t related? It turns out when she got home both of our orders were in her bag and she didn’t notice until then. So it’s fine but what if it was someone else with my order? It almost felt like they were putting the blame on us too. I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Giving one star because I can’t give zero. My mom and I both placed online orders for pickup in store. My mom offered to pick my order up when she went into the store to grab hers. The associate gave my mother such a hard time and pushback about picking up both of our orders, even though *I listed her as an alternate pickup person* and we have the same last name. When picking up any orders from any Ulta location, even this one, we never have a hard time and we show our IDs and get our orders. However, today my mom was given much hassle when attempting to pick up our orders. It was an off putting experience and I hate hearing that my mother had to go through that when we shop all the time without issue. And she was literally listed as a pickup person on the order too…

Most workers are loud and rude. I get weird stares and no help when I come to this location. Differently left a bad impression , DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service. Kimmie did a fantastic job from start to finish. She listened to my comments and questions professionally and with empathy. I would not let anyone else cut my hair. She is an exceptional employee and ambassador for Ulta. I am 1000% satisfied with my haircut. Two thumbs way up!

I have a lot of skin issues, and I haven’t bought makeup in 2 years. I brought in my makeup case, and asked an employee if he could help me out. I don’t wear makeup a lot, nor am I knowledgeable about it. I was hoping that maybe some of the makeup that I had was still good.I did not have a good experience with that employee at all. It wasn’t until an employee named Kira stepped in to help me. I forgot to ask for her name, but that was the cashier’s name on my receipt.She was nothing but kind and understanding to me. She helped me find something to cover all of the redness on my face. She showed me specific products and tested shades to make sure they would work with my skin tone. She also taught me the best way to blend the products so that they didn’t irritate my skin.Plus, she helped me stay within my budget that I had allotted for my purchase.I work retail, and I know you can only spend a certain amount of time with a customer. However, the time she did spend with me meant a lot to me. She went out of her way to help me when no one else would.That is the type of employee that needs to be recognized. I don’t even write reviews, but I wanted to make sure she was recognized on a public platform.Thank you, Kira!
