I worked with Corey and Debra to refinance and take advantage of the low interest rates. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. Following my closing, decided to check reviews for one of the other companies I was looking at initially (AmeriSave) and all the recent reviews indicate lack of communication, delays in closing dates, changing rates and fees, etc. I have to say that from start to finish Corey and Debra were both excellent to work with. I had a lot of questions during the process but they both responded immediately and professionally every time. I'd highly recommend Triumph for anyone looking to refinance.

We worked with Patti for our mortgage, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and nice experience. Wow! What a journey. Just did a cash out refinance. Took about 3 months overall from start to finish. My loan officer, Ellen May, was able to lock my low rate in during the entire process. Appraisal took quite a while to schedule, due to the high demand. I am very grateful for the 70% LTV cash out!

Danesha Spearman was my Mortgage Loan Officer. I was referred to her by two of my neighbors since she also helped them refinance within the last few months.
She was nothing short of amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I may have had. I was also at the bank and called her abruptly on a Saturday and she was readily available and took my call. Very sweet and personable too! My Dad had a few questions about the process and she took time out of her schedule to give him a call to answer them. It was such a pleasure working with her.
Debra Oney was my Mortgage Processor and was also very helpful! She also responded to emails very quickly, was knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction with references I may be able to use. She made this process go by quickly and smoothly and I’m so thankful! They both did. I was able to refinance in no time. If I had to do this over, I would choose them in a heart beat.
