I spent almost $300 to board my puppy here. When I picked her up from the boarding facility, I asked if she had a great time they lied to me and said "yes." (Might I add, I called there every day to see how she was doing because this is my first time ever taking my puppy to any type of boarding facility). They lied because my puppy smelled like old urine and had feces on the side of her face. My puppy is bathed weekly. She was bathed the day before she was dropped off at their facility. When I called, they offered only to bathe her. I called my veterinarian ( she recommended this facility), she called and the facility reimbursed me for my puppy boarding stay. I assure you she will never stay there again?

We were greeted and told what to expect. They called right after surgery to let us know he did great. When it was time for me to pick him up Dr. Madison met with me to go over his medication and to review what he could and could not do while recovering. A young lady showed me how to carry and transport Ollie. She even carried him to my car. Everyone was so kind and reassuring.

Personal care and attention! Tech Erin Jones was well skilled and personable and asked pertinent questions pertaining to each of my cats and their temperaments, diets and habits. Quick, and reliable and easy to get an appointment online.

There are so many things I love about Pet Hospitals Collierville! They are open 7 days a week for one. I always feel like they love my baby and give her lots of attention. Dr Mangum is awesome too! They are top notch!

The Pet Hospital is the absolute best. I would not consider going anywhere else. We've been using them since 1996. We have had several different doctors throughout the years. Due to them relocating. But, they have excellent doctors and staff members over all.

I do not recommend. They charge you ridiculous fees.They charge $70 more than Chewy for Simparica heart worm prevention. They charged two times what it costs for a human tooth extraction. They give cook book pain meds after surgery. No personalized care.
