They are really good. I would have given 5 stars but I waited 30 minutes before pulling into the bay and then it took an additional 30 minutes because I drive a Volvo. If you have a Volvo, Audi, Mercedes or any other European vehicle, it's not a quick in and out. They were very professional about it and thankfully found the right tool to change my oil filter but I would call first and ask them based on your make of vehicle if they can do your service. I also would have done the coolant flush but they didn't have enough of the type of fluid my car needed so I declined. Granted, they said they could run up to Autozone and get it, but so can I. Overall 4 star experience, almost a 5 except for wait time and lack of product to get everything done. I was there, waited, got my oil changed and left in an hours time, I will however, go back for my next oil change.

Good service. Only 2 employees at 7-8am, so it took about 30 minutes. Take 5 oil in Collierville is really good.

3rd time to use this location. First 2 times were great. This time we left before receiving service because they took a car who just pulled up after we had waited 15 minutes.
