Tactical Guns and Gear is hands down the best shop to go to in the state of TN. Jim, Justin, and every single guy at the shop is incredibly nice, helpful, and extremely knowledgable about every product they carry. They have an amazing selection of some of the best accessories, firearms, suppressors, and many other items most places do not carry. I have been going there for years and they deserve every bit of brand loyalty. They make the NFA item process a breeze from start to finish and can walk you through just about any question you may have along the way.Their inventory is simply put, the best products on the market.The staff is incredible to work with and one could spend all day talking to the guys and learning about new items - they are overall super friendly and helpful and just great Americans all around.I can not speak highly enough of every experience I have had in the shop and often I wish I could spend more time there because the environment and atmosphere alone is an embodiment of everything that makes a purchasing/gun shop experience amazing. They know their stuff, and they will make sure you are in good hands from start to finish with your investments.If I could leave more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Everyone there is great and every item is quality and the presentation of the shop is super professional. Thank you guys for years of great experiences, and looking forward to many more.

I've been shopping here for years and have purchased dozens and dozens of firearms and gear from them. Jim and the guys at the shop are always extremely nice, professional and they have the best selection of high end firearms in the midsouth. I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for high end guns/gear.

this company doesn't even deserve a star!racial profiling before even stepping a foot inside, as we were approaching the doors, there were 2 men inside looking out and decided to walk away to their office to avoid us and act stupid as if they didn’t see us coming into the store!!we had the intentions of purchasing but soon as we walked in, the 2 men were nowhere to be seen and did not come out to greet us or ask if we needed assistance, AFTER them seeing us coming into the store.even looked around for a bit & still no help.not bout to spend money on a company that is so quick to discriminate before even entering the store!their loss.

Most gun shop are cookie cutter. The same boring stuff at every one with no flare. Nothing special. As a financially irresponsible young man who enjoys more finer things than he should, I’m always impressed with what is in the cabinets. And the guys who work there, are just good guys.

My suppressor was released from suppressor jail and I picked it up yesterday. It was my first time visiting the store and was very impressed with the selection of. A good mix of entry, mid tier, and high end firearms in stock. The staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their shop.

If you are a new gun-owner, have no idea what to get, have questions on what to do, needing to install accessories or what accessories to get. I cannot stress this enough; GO. HERE. Customer service is top tier, friendly environment with the sprinkle of you understanding you are making a commitment of not only protecting your loved ones, but also, yourself. Go here, you will not regret it. PERIOD.

I've been going to Jim and his guys since before he was open to the public. Always had good service and they are very helpful with getting me anything I need ordered and delivered. I've done many a private transfer through them and the prices are always fair and they take all the guess work out of it for me!

Great place!!! Very knowledgeable staff and great prices. They have items locally that you can't find at a big gun store. tactical guns and gear is a suppressor shop, gun store, and more. If they do not have it, they will find it!
