This location is absolutely terrible!! Nikki is NOT helpful whatsoever. If you need help I strongly suggest you go to Germantown store. This store can't keep employees or management. Can't help even when calling customer service support, just sad and a poor excuse for customer service. Nikki needs proper training!!Calling corporate now.

Pointless store. Employees are no help, just say call customer service. Second time into this store and second time leaving with nothing resolved. Seriously considering just canceling my plan and going with another provider.

This store is RACIST!!! They kicked my brother and me out for speaking spanish, the black dude working here very rudely said, "you need to leave because we don't speak mexican", like if mexican was a language, it's not like we asking for a hand out, we just needed a new phone, but to not even acknowledge us and presume that spanish was our only language just show how ignorant he is, this store needs to due better and stop being prejudice

She was so thorough about TMobile's products and service details I sent all my coworkers to see her to learn about new plans. Go see her she doesn't just sell you she will educate you.

The service outside of the store was atrocious. Period. Customer service was non existent. I endured 2 years with a 5g phone set to LTE because they said they were upgrading the system and it was unable to handle the load. Also once I paid off and had my phones unlocked (5 of them to the tune of over $1000 after 18+ months of payments) the company systematically made our services worse. If we ever go back, Elon Musk will have to buy it first, or Ryan Reynolds, otherwise it's no. Beware in West TN outside of the Interstate corridors you will have very little 4g, no 5g and since 5g they're taking out the 3g net all together, you may be roaming.

SHOUT OUT TO T-MOBILE IN COLLIERVILLE ? I visited today to see if I was eligible for an upgrade, which I was. They were super busy when I walked in, but I wasn't in a rush since it was my off day and besides it gave me time to look around. The manager, De'aunta came out to help me which he was soooo helpful and gave me such great customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the products and let me know about great promotions they had going on that I was also eligible for. He got everything started but had his rep, Niki finish my transaction. She was also very friendly and gave amazing customer service as well. I got my new phone that I am sooooo in Love with, a cute sparkling case and a screen protector that Niki put on for me. I told her that I really appreciated their help and for the amazing customer service. Thank you De'aunta and Niki for making me a Happy Customer ?

If you want to spend a bunch of time here and get nothing accomplished, this is the store for you. We were there to simply pre order an iPhone and the associate could not figure out how to do this for us. There were 3 associates working, none of them really seemed to know what was going on with anything the customers needed help with. The store was full with a huge wait time by the time we gave up and left. We ended up just pre-ordering our phones on the app. Such a waste of our time (we were there over an hour!). Find a different location if you can, total incompetence at this one.
