I went there to get my eye brows waxed. First thing when I walk in one of the employees said she couldn’t help me because she had something she needed to do. The other employee then took me back to the chair. She sat me down and asked me what I wanted done. I told her. She proceeded to wax my eyebrows however when she finished it didn’t look like she did anything, my eye brows looked unchanged. When she had me look I explained how they looked uneven. She then argued with me telling me that I was seeing things and that they looked the same. We went back and forth a few times, I kept saying they don’t look even and she proceeded to argue and say they did. I then got frustrated, baffled that she would have the audacity to argue with a paying customer. Then she walked me to the counter to pay. She then tells me that it is $16 to get my eyebrows waxed when she 1: did nothing to them and 2: it said they were $12 for eyebrow waxing. I was again very annoyed. I was planning on going there regularly to get the wax and hir cut deal since I will be in the area every Tuesday but after this disrespectful and rude experience I will never step foot in this place again for anything!

The receptionist is so friendly and always smiling. The stylists Sam and Casey I have had are great. Need more up to date products for customers to purchase.

This is always my go-to place. You can go to the most expensive barber in Memphis. It makes no difference. It's the person cutting your hair. Casey is the best in Memphis and I drive 23 miles to go to her.

Hair stylist was rude and wanted to argue. Smart mouth. I have been going for years, never seen her there before. Won't go back. Went there for a haircut and not to listen to her insolent remarks.

Did not have a plenty experience at this location. Upon arrival the staff were not pleasant or friendly in our personal opinion. Website check-in time was no where near accurate & we never got an updated time. We ended up not staying to get our cut and politely left, I could go into more details about my 3 year old but I will save you the trouble. I only leave negative reviews when I feel as if it could save someone a trip of disappointment which isn't often. We will keep our business elsewhere.

The color and highlights were not done well at all. I went back for correction which made matters worse. Had to go to another stylist for corrective color.

they dont honor their online reservation system. Instead they just jam whom ever makes the most noise in first.TIP: If you see the hairstylist with the door open, that means she is ready for the first person whom ever storms in, appointment or not.
