Martavious was so caring and took time to open a new account for me, helping me sign up with online banking and all!! Also, the tellers at the counter were so nice and friendly with big smiles. So happy to have found my new bank!!

Since changing from SunTrust everything has been a nightmare. Do not recommend Truist at all.

Ridiculous! Tried to do a wire transfer of MY MONEY!!. That was on 5/13. I have called for 3 days. No one answers. All I get is a recording (Collierville branch). Left 7 messages - no call back. Finally called the corporate number. After 48 minutes, we got "disconnected." I'm not in TN any longer so I can't just run up to the bank. One would expect that a business would answer the phone. If not - at least the courtesy of a return call doesn't seem unreasonable.

Oh where to start... If I could give them a lower rating; I would. My husband and I drove eight hours to this branch as it is the nearest to where we live. The first interaction was actually pleasant. We closed out a savings account and thought it was over. Later we find out that we still have transfers to the closed out account from our checking account. We can no longer access anything with the closed out account. When we called to get this rectified, we were told that the account was still open and now accruing fees for not meeting minimum amounts. Brandy never did anything to stop the transfers even after we were specific that they were continuous transfers. She said that when the account was closed they would stop because they have nowhere to go. We were told they would call us back because the branch had to finish this. They never called. When we called back today, my husband had the call on speaker, Brandy answered. When my husband tried to explain the situation. Brandy didn't remember us being there but was insistent that she knows she didn't say the transfers would stop, and she did close the account. She was so insistent that she got loud and continued to talk over him to the point he started yelling her name asking her to listen to him. She then yelled at him to go online and stop the transfers. When he tried to tell her that he no longer even has access to the transfers or the account online, she hung up on him before he could finish explaining this. I have never heard such unprofessionalism and request that she be relieved of her job. This is no way to treat your customers! EVERYONE should boycott this entire bank because they don't have their act together. We were customers of SunTrust for over 16 years before they became Truist. This company is garbage do not trust them with your money!

These reviews are ridiculous. I've been dealing with this branch for years. They do an amazing job, the people here are very friendly. The other reviews are grumpy.

This branch is the SLOWEST I have ever been to. It's frustrating to sit in line for 45 minutes. I am not sure what is happening inside but I can not wait until the lobby opens up again so I don't have to sit in the drive thru

The drive in takes much toolong. If two cars are in front of you, be prepared for at least ten to twenty minute wait. You are trapped if anyone is behind you. Terrible service!

I called yesterday during normal business hours to speak with a cashier. I was routed to the branch managers voicemail. I believe his name is Stewart. I just left a message for Stewart to call me back but I never heard back from him. I was calling in a pro active effort because my uncle was planning on coming in today to deposit cash in my account. I had purchased something for him and he was paying me back. When he arrived at the bank the teller told him he could not deposit cash and sent him away. They did not offer him any other options although there were other options available which I confirmed with someone at the branch just now. He could have purchased a money order with that very cash and deposited it in my account. The bank would have actually made 10 dollars from that transaction. I work as an Accountant and receive many calls during the day but I always return a phone call in a timely manner. This review can serve as a notice to let customers know that Suntrust will no longer except cash deposits from people not listed on the account. However Suntrust will take 10 dollars from you then issue a money order that can be deposited in that same account. Just for future reference.

Needed a credit card. Rebecca called within a day, and I told her I had 15 minutes to talk. She made my experience effortless; she was so professional, friendly, and funny. Ask for her for all of your banking needs!! We were off the phone well within 10 minutes! She also helped me with all of my questions!
