Warning: Escape this dealership like it's the world's fastest marathon! Their pricing online is a mirage, and their trade-in offer range is like spotting Bigfoot - you'll never find it! The year is 2023, and they're still stuck in their bait and switch ways, shame! Meet middleman Benjamin, the self-proclaimed king of arrogance and condescension , told me his "GM is too busy" to talk to customers unless you sign his silly price note. Hey, Mr. Smartest guy in the room, quit your sh*ty sales tactics 101, stop your rambles about how busy the dealership is and how big and how much money the dealership operates yearly, and get the man who can actually make a deal to sell me a damn car.I had every intention to ride away in a luxury vehicle just shy of 6 figures, but Mr. Ben thought it'd be fun to play games . Guess I'll take my money and "uncommitted" self to a dealership that actually wants to sell cars! Never in my life have I encountered a salesperson with such a remarkable talent for un-selling someone..On a brighter note, meet Darrell, the friendly neighborhood car expert who knows how to make you smile. From purchasing my vehicle to obtaining parts to now service experience I cannot give any aspect of this dealership better than a one star rating. I had to make four trips to the dealership to get my purchase completed and then after ordering all weather floor mats they lost them and it took three trips to the parts department to get it resolved. Now service for an oil change taking four plus hours? Never coming back. Will be selling my GMC

Don't waste your time getting your car serviced at Sunrise Cheverlet. They don't want to fix cars. We had an appointment to fix our air bag on our Corvette. The service rep told us it should take 3 days tops. After repeated calls to check on our car , we receive a call to come get our car and they did not fix it. To ad insult to injury they park are car under a sappy tree for those 2 weeks. Never offered to wash it. That is not what you do to a Corvette owner that keeps his baby clean. This dealership has lost a customer for life.

i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.

Wouldn't give any stars if possible. The worst dealership in TN. They never call back when they say they will. Dealt with Dean, by far the worst representative for any company. He dropped the ball on calling me back or better yet trying to get a sale at all. The vehicle that I had reached out about over four different times since he couldn't find the time to call me back at all. Deans response most recently was that the car was sold and he had no idea because he was off the day previously. He then went on to say the car I was trying to buy would actually be marked up 14k as per what the dealership requires. We are talking about a Yukon slt not a Denali. This guy and or dealership are shady as can be or just completely incompetent. Would not do business with them at all!!

Shannon Bland was there for me every step of the way! I was looking for a used vehicle that would fit within my budget. I couldn't be more happy with the service provided. She was knowledgeable, genuine, and passionate about her work. She's an excellent saleswoman. Kudos to the manager Xavier as well! He went above and beyond. My Jeep is the perfect fit for me! Quick to try to take your money. I have a Yukon XL and brought in for warranty work, had to "leave it" for +5 days.... Well here to pick it up now have numerous problems that occurred before the vehicle was driven off the property; interesting how they magically appear. They took it back into the shop and now are telling me I need new Wheels, etc. and some of the other issues are again well we need to keep it for 5-7 days to get it in line. I have a great idea; how about your maintain your appointment schedule and drop vehicles as they are scheduled. What a f**king joke this place is.

This Place Sucks!!!!!!! If I could give them a zero, I would! I had an appointment scheduled today at 4pm, I got there and checked in only to be told that I would have to leave my car over night!?! WHAT???? They wanted to keep my car over night for an oil change! So, I asked the guy "what was the purpose of me making an appointment if you can't get me in when I was scheduled"? I'm mad because I took off work to have this done and now I have to take more time off to go somewhere else to have my oil changed! There was no apology, the service guy didn't seem to care AT ALL!!!!!!

Update to previous review. Almost a week or two later, the heat completely stopped working! I was told they flushed the hise line to remove blockage but it could come back. Okay, I understand that but I strongly feel they barely flushed my hose system just to get the truck back to me. I paid $1000 to have the same issue and no resolution. I believe I got subpar work and paid top dollar for the job.
