Took my car in for service and had them check a leak why they were at it. They repaired the main issue but did not check the leak. They just said it was most likely my windshield (as I did have it replaced a few years ago) so I had the glass people come out and they did 1 test and can see that it was coming from the sunroof. I don’t think they took the time to even look. So now I have to take it back into the shop and I will not be going back there

The experience when purchasing a vehicle from Sunrise has always been pleasant, straightforward, and convenient. When looking for a vehicle of MY CHOICE. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helping to make sure I got exactly what I came for. They delivered quickly with no hassle. This makes the 4th purchase vehicle ,I gotten from Sunrise within 5 years.

I had a 10:30 am appointment to just yo get an oil change and it was 2:30 pm before they got my vehicle back to me and I think this is just ridiculous, never again. Jeff was a nice person, not his fault though. I probably won’t be going to this location again for anything.

Do not take your car to this location for service. I took my car to this location in December due to check engine light and oil leak. I received a message via text with recommendations to resolve the leak issue. The cost was $1315. I picked up my car after the repair was done. Of course, everything should be good. Nope… oil was still leaking. I took it back to them all to find out that there is another leak from somewhere else and it will cost $3300 to fix. I don’t understand how this wasn’t caught in December. I basically paid for something that did not resolve the leak.I made several attempts to speak to the service manager and of course no callback. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. It’s unfortunate that I wasted $1300 to learn a big lesson. Whatever you do, don’t let them do anything to your vehicle. If it’s there… please pick it up and take it else where.

I came in for an oil change. My service advisor Sean Fritz was great. Mr. Fritz is an active, engaged listener who addressed all of my requests / concerns in a professional manner. The work on my Chevrolet Silverado was completed as promised, and in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend The Sunrise Service Department.

All of my experiences before today have been wonderful. The sales rep that sold me my vehicle was amazing. This is my third time here and the first two were 5 star experiences. The 1st time I bought my vehicle, the 2nd time I got an oil change. Today makes the 3rd time, I had an appointment for 2:30 and arrived around 2:36. I waited for over 3 hours before my vehicle was complete. A simple oil change took me 3 hours and all the service rep could say was it was people before you so you’ll be ready when we can. This is beyond unacceptable.

I think I may have found a car online here at this place I'm doing some used car searching and they seem to have the best rates and deals here. Only issue from these reviews are purchasing cars seem not too hard but once vehicle starts to give problems or need basic oil changes people mad at the time that it takes to complete the job. Honestly nothing should be past a day for a oil change I give that service part zero stars ⭐ but the cars look decent priced well and I am coming in to get the Infinity we shall see how this car looks and performance in person. Thanks hope this helps someone else thats looking to purchase I will definitely be doing an update on my experience the salesman and the car itself thanks Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all.

I've taken my GMC to Sunrise a handful of times and I'm always so impressed with the level of customer service shown by the team there. Matt Tullos is our go-to and he is the BEST! He's the most helpful and honest person I've ever dealt with when it comes to auto repair/maintenance. Having somebody you can trust is huge.

Yasmin and all the lovely folks at Sunrise Chevrolet were amazing. I had been going all around trying to find a good car, along with a decent trade in value for my old vehicle, and only getting the runaround.The Sunrise team greeted me with respect and kindness, showed me exactly what I was looking for without trying to redirect me to more expensive options, and maintained professional customer service and care throughout the entire process.And I love the car I got. It's better than I could have asked for!

The service advisor Sean was absolutely terrible. He was unprofessional, rude, showed no empathy or concern, and fail to acknowledge where he dropped the ball. His lack of communication made this experience horrific. Sean "advised" me to drop my vehicle off on 11/08/2023 at 7am and that it will be ready at 5pm. I had to send someone to the dealership to check on my vehicle at 4:45 due to the lack of communication from Sean. AT that time we were told a part needed to be ordered. He refuse to give me an eta. When asked why this was not communicated to me Sean stated he has been too busy to check on my vehicle. I was so confused by this answer because that's his job right? Instead of apologizing for his lack of communication he put me on hold in the middle of me speaking. I work in customer service and I know an agent should ask to place you on hold not just cut you off. He is extremely unprofessional and he has left a sour taste in my mouth about this entire experience. At this point I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will make it my business it post this experience on ALL social platforms.

Rog Reynolds is wonderful and very helpful. This is the second time I have had my oil changed instead of another place. Uncertain I will return. It was clear that the levels of other fluids were not check as my coolant was still below the line and oil gauge was not reset. Oil change / tire rotation took 2 hours. Other locations can complete in 1 hour or less.

The experience and service was perfect. They were efficient and thorough. Service was quick and they resolved all requested service. The truck did have ABS, Stabil track and traction control all failed after leaving the Dealership. I had to drive home to St Louis, Missouri and those items still do not work on my truck. When i called the Service department told me to take it to a Dealership near my home, I haven't been able to get an appointment to fix those faults. Hopefully your dealership will assist with the local dealership fixing these items not working.
