Ordered a few good items, gave 5 dollar tip tip be nice to the workers. Watched about 5 people who ordered after me come and go and get their food and me nothing. Asked a worker if they had my food and she said ohh its coming without even checking. Won't be doing the tip again.

BEWARE! They STEAL off your credit/debit card! They add their own tip and whatever amount WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! I went through the drive-thru and ordered two things and was told one amount, but when I got to the pay window and ended up paying a different amount. I realized it once I got home that they overcharged me. So I went back to see if they add to-go fees and come to find out, the lady in the drive-thru voluntarily tipped herself on my credit card! We never discussed a tip nor did I authorize her to add a tip to my purchase. She had no right to do that and she stole from me. I can only imagine how many people they’re doing this to—especially those in a hurry that use the drive-thru. Please check your receipts as you could be next.I went back and demanded I be refunded that tip that I did not authorize on my credit card. I spoke with a lady that was suppose to be the manager but she didn’t care to listen. She never apologized or anything. She is probably aware of her employees stealing and encouraging it.That could’ve been my last few dollars on my card and you stealing from me. I’ll never go back. Thieves!!!!

The people that work here are unfriendly and not helpful. If you order online expect a long wait, the staff won’t tell you when your order is ready, and they never crack a smile. Stopped going here, going to a different location instead.

I enjoy starbucks and love the stuff I get, my only problem at least with this one is by the time I stop by. They've run out of a lot of stuff so it's annoying and the lines kinda suck but it's not too too bad.

See anything like that worst on organized Starbucks. I've ever been at and I've been at several even deal with one on a regular basis. Waited 30 minutes for 2 ice coffees with nobody know what's going on. Finally had a ask somebody 3 × 2 get our order will never stop here again. Needed your back together with what your charging for products not a happy customer will never return here.

SLOWWWWWWthis is always an issue with this location. I’ve been in line 20 minutes with 5 cars ahead. There is no reason for this. The parking lot is empty. There is no one inside. You’ll place an order of mobile and still wait 20 minutes for it once you arrive

So, I see why companies are going out of business. Why is it I come to Starbucks and they have limited teas little to no coffees . One or two bake goods. Maybe there are two many of them to share their supplies. This is getting to be too much. Get it together!
