Will continue to shop here. Staff was helpful and made suggestions for me on paint and supplies for a small project I’m doing. They even asked me to come back and show them the finished piece. The store was clean and there was no wait to be helped or at checkout.

Went in for 7 samples of different colored paints for a condo. 3 whites and 4 greys. Dude mixed up two of the greys. If we hadn't noticed the colors were different to the online pics of the color we would have purchased 10 gallons of $68/can paint. Of the wrong color.

Like do you guys not wanna sell any paint? The staff here are the most unhelpful people I have ever met. Offered no suggestions or alternatives to an “out of stock” base… when I literally see the paint base on the shelf’s.

I had an unfortunate experience at the Collierville store, but the manager Josh made it right. I appreciate his caring attitude.

Their paint is a little high in my opinion but I like the quality of it. Customer service is always good.

While the paint is good, the service is less than consistent for DYI folks. Information is contradictory from one sales person to the next (I had to call twice about a paint issue on brick and basically they were winging it). The biggest issue besides the astronomical pricing is the color chips in the store are not well lit and the colors are much different in your home. Do not buy before taking the chips home and setting against your walls with your lighting. The 'sample' is not free as they make 1/4 gallon up. It's close but they have to cut the formula regardless and it's not exact. They really are better than most big box stores but you pay premium for everything in the store with very little extra value. Also they really push the tinted primer so you can't return it. I ended up with a gallon of primer and paint I have zero use for now. I guess my kitchen will be tan in the summer... ?
