Upon moving back from Texas, I was in need of a insurance agent. I was referred to Joan Wittle by multiple members in my family. So I figured i would give her a call was and is always exceptional. The professionalism that she gave me on the phone not to mention on the first phone call was above and beyond any that I have experienced with insurance agents. She did not pressure me, she listened to what I expressed that I needed. With sincerity in her voice she then explained my options. It was nice hearing my options, she wasn't only trying to sell me insurance, but was trying to build a long term professional relationship and yet still find a way to give me what I needed. Joan has been my agent for many years. And every single time I call, the staff has always been excited to hear from me and took care of why i was calling. If I wanted to talk to Joan directly, then they made sure it happened. If anyone is looking for insurance then Joan Witte is your person. Joan Witte has been our agent for over 30 yrs and is absolutely the best! She is so nice, professional and knows what customer service is all about!
