Not the friendliest at all. I went to pick up and order and it was hard to get assistance. When I asked, it seemed to be an inconvenience for them. I work hard for mine and I like to know my business is appreciated at these types of stores.

There was no greeting or help that was initiated at this location. I was going to just leave without buying anything after I had to shade match myself and my mother. This was not a good experience. So sad.

Rude, went to exchange an unopened product with reciept and was refused due to "store policy". Clerk talked down to us like we didnt belong in the store. Early 20's girl.and just rude.

Wondered around for a good 20 minutes. Did not get any offers of help. Watched three employees stand together and chat the entire time without offering anybody help. went to Ulta and got lots of friendly service.

This is the best managed makeup store in the city. They are always in stock with what you need, their online pickup is seamless, and the manager is AMAZING! He has that place running like clockwork! I’m done with Ulta and department stores. This is my store.

It's my favorite location to visit as I can shop here and then visit other stores and restaurants. Staff are always friendly. My go-to items are always in stock. I love their reward system. Well lit, which is great for product switching/matching. Always clean, so no worries on that end. I love the testers as this helps me find new fragrances, skin care and makeup products to try out

This Sephora location WAS most definitely my favorite location until I was racially profiled on yesterday. A sales associate literally snatched perfume from out of my arms, I’m in my 3rd trimester and I was very much so humiliated. I’m always in Sephora buying perfume and lip gloss every chance I get from this location and sends a great amount of money EACH time, I do so. I was asked if I needed help and I replied yes, but instead of her helping me I was discriminated. I don’t know if the sale associates thought I was a thief because I was looking for a certain oz of perfume in the draw to purchase for my mom and I or what but my feelings are most definitely hurt and I will most definitely be pressing charges against her. My family is filled with attorneys and she “Ariel” if that’s how you spell her name have another thing coming playing with me like that and on top of that I was with my mom and it was very much so disturbing how I was treated! Please fire her !

To get straight to the point, I recently visited this store and was immediately followed by the ladies in the store. They repeatedly asked if I needed help, it was an uncomfortable and annoying experience. I will never return to this location.
