There are great deals on brand name clothing i.e tommy hillfigure and Boss ..my only complaint is that the store is a bit messy with clothes stewn about the floor and off racks. Some organization is desired

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! A person named CASSANDRA NEAL was being the rudest person ever to me and my family!! She was acting horrendous because she had to check us out when she was going to go on break… like okay that’s my fault how??? Talk to your manager not me! She is horrible and kept on throwing stuff into our car when I told her don’t throw them she said well I’m not throwing them at you… is she actually dumb? Then she just kept on being passive aggressive the whole time. She should get fired but if she’s acting like this to a customer then her manager is probably worst!!!

If I could give -stars I would . I came up to shop on a Tuesday after work. Walked in and the store had about 15 people in line well I wanted to look at some earrings in the case so I stood there for a while waited patiently and this woman working named Rita looks over and says what do u want? I said I would like to look at those earrings and she goes u need to get in line then and I said to look at earrings what if I don’t want them as I quickly reminded her I didn’t want to cut line just wanted to look at them. She then begins to rudely say loudly oh well!! U need to get in line!! As I’m in line there are 2 Latino women and a white woman wanting to return items and she says we ain’t taking returns today. Then 2 African American women walk up with returns and she takes them. That’s called racism!!! So finally I get thru the line and the cash register worker complains about me wanting to look at earrings and I pointed and said blame that woman there. She looks over and just rolls her eyes as she’s deciding who can return items because of their color. So unprofessional! This women needs to be fired. Sorry but racism is racism. I won’t ever go back here!!

This has really got to be one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever encountered. I'm currently standing at the jewelry counter and I'm not getting any help whatsoever. A young lady by the name of Alyssa who is supposed to be the manager never came to assist me as she left her two young employees at the front to struggle. One of the young ladies did come over to assist until the line got long so I asked for a manager. The young cashier stated she called for her manager but the manager never came. But the strange part was when she suggested I get in line. What? I was waiting before there was even a line to began with. This store has terrible management issues. Needless to say I didn't spend any money here today.

Just another Ross outlet in the Memphis suburb area. I’m not a big fan of Ross, however I visit them when I’m on budget. This location has a lot of options. They are well stocked and organized. I love the home sections where you can find many different variations of cheap furniture, light/ lamp, artwork, rug, etc.

I love Ross. Good clothes. Name brands. They have variety of product’s . All at a great price. But sometimes check out lines are line are very long and slow.
