OMG! I've been passing this place for years. Today, I stopped after a rough day at work and spent my whole paycheck. It was worth it. The shop owner knows fashion and worked in the fashion industry.

I have been here for 9 years and I have never seen anyone go into that store. The one day I go there my brother got into an accident up the street and I was waiting on him I sat in her lot for 5 min and she came out and told me that that parking was for her “ customers” and she sat there and waited for me to leave. And again I have never seen anyone ever go into that store but it is parking for her “CUSTOMERS”

Love this little gem! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have a huge variety of beauty and unique pieces. Definitely worth the stop!

I walked in today to get an outfit. I noticed a customer without a mask talking to an employee. She greeted me and continued helping the other customer and checked her out. After the customer left the employee asked me if I had a mask. I said yes and she told me that according to the mandate I needed to put it on. I told her that the other customer didn't have on a mask. She said "well I know her and she took it off to walk out" which was an untrue statement. I'm tired of the hypocrisy of employees telling me what to do when their "friends" don't have to abide by the same rules.

Love this store's variety and quality, but purchased something there once and wasn't told that I could only exchange for another item from A PARTICULAR SECTION of the store. I knew it was exchange only bit not that it was limited. So I still have the receipt for a $100 item I returned but couldn't exchange for something I wanted.

My daughter buys most of her boots in this store. She bought me a jacket for Christmas that was way too big. I live an hour and a half away and didn’t have a car until Jan 28th. Took it back and they would not exchange an 85.00 jacket for smaller or another item. Was very disappointed as I had messaged the store 2 weeks before about my car trouble with no respond. Just feel they could have made an exception! Would love to shop there or get a gift card from there for future purchases but think I’ll pass!

The customer service here was top notch! The woman that helped me (who I believe was the owner, though I never asked) went above and beyond over the course of several days to help me cross something off my Christmas shopping list. She even called me when the anticipated delivery time of the shipment I was waiting for was delayed by several hours. Now, I'd expect this treatment for an expensive item (which this beautifully curated store is full of) or a large sale. But I was truly impressed that she went to this much effort to help me find a headband that was $13. Kindness in a busy holiday season. It was my first time to go to Past and Presents, but it won't be my last.

I visited the Past & Presents boutique today, and It was a wonderful experience! I was searching for a couple unique gifts and I found so much more than I expected. I found exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend it!!
