Recently purchased a hot tub from Outdoor Living. Absolutely great experience! Zander did a wonderful job answering any and all questions. After purchasing the tub i was passed along to Mr. Barry for delivery and setup. Barry is fantastic guy, great personality, and is outstanding at his job. After set up Barry walked us through all the maintenance needs for our tub as well as maintaining water cleanliness! If you are thinking of any outdoor project look no further than here. Exceptional staff, super friendly, knowledgeable, and great communication! Thank you guys!!!

One of the overall BEST businesses in Collierville! Answered all of our questions when we bought our first hot tub and had a great selection. Delivery service was excellent as well. They took great care in getting the hot tub moved and setup just where we wanted it. DEFINATELY recommend!

We recently bought an outdoor basketball goal from Outdoor Living, and we couldn't be Happier. It has the feel of an indoor basketball goal, and it was worth every penny. Go with the ProFormance, and they will even get it installed, I would highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Outdoor Living by Memphis Pool. I purchased my jacuzzi from them and it was an outstanding experience from purchase through installation. Stuart and Barry are professional and friendly employees who have been amazing with my questions. They have always made time to educate me and help me learn about my new salt water jacuzzi. Absolutely love my new jacuzzi and couldn’t be more pleased with this business. Highest recommendations for those looking for a quality product from a great, friendly team.

This store is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need to make your dream backyard a reality! Hot Tubs, Outdoor Kitchens, Grills, Playsets, Patio Furniture, Gas Logs and so much more! Outdoor Living in Collierville exceeding my expectations. Very friendly staff that offers great customer service and they are knowledgeable about the products they offer. Our spa is wonderful and Stewart has gone above and beyond to help answer any questions we have had. Highly recommend Outdoor Living of Collierville before you shop anywhere else for your spa or pool needs.

My wife and I visited the store in search of some gas logs. The gentleman behind the counter asked is we needed anything and he helped walk us through all of the gas logs they had to offer. He gave us his card. When my wife went back to get mor information, the same gentleman was equally as helpful as before. My wife ordered the gas logs and they came in on time as advertised. I would recommend this company and the people that work there - helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I, an African American couple, visited this store today in hopes of purchasing items for our patio. We entered the store and the clerks ( possibly owners) did not recognize our presence. Not a hello, may I help you... they said absolutely nothing. My husband and I awkwardly stood waiting for some kind of welcoming comment-Well, it didn't happen. We realized quickly that our business was not welcome or wanted and of course we left and gave our business to another store. It's ridiculous that in 2020 racism is still so prevalent. DO NOT STOP or SHOP HERE!

Josh, Barry, and Shannon are the kind of people you'd be blessed to have as neighbors. I've been coming here for a while and each time I've had friendly help and they even ya e my daughter donuts! Josh is knowledgeable about all the products from rocks to jungle gyms and will recommend other local businesses if they are out or don't carry the item you're looking for. So kid-friendly. I'll keep returning.
And I never leave reviews.
