This particular NAPA provides good customer service. To wit: I telephoned their shop, an employee immediately answered the phone, I asked if they had what I needed in stock, then they checked their shelves, and thereby verified the item. I then drove to their store, parked in the ample parking lot, entered the building, selected and paid for what I needed. It's too bad that such basics aren't de rigueur at all businesses. I'm not that terribly difficult to please. I just want to be treated like a valued customer, is all.

Best NAPA I've ever been in! Great inventory and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They're also very friendly and willing to converse about whatever project you are working on. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely swing by for any auto parts I may need.
