My experience at MyeyeDr was fantastic. Dawn was great at the front desk with great customer service. My eye doctor was very helpful in knowledge as well as expertise. I recommend everyone to go see her. And Ms. Jo was fun and her personality is so amazing. She helped get me the best deal for my glasses. That I will be back to purchase another pair in a month.

I have been to multiple My Eye Doctor locations around Memphis, and this Collierville location is by far the nicest one. The entire staff was professional, helpful. The facility was clean and ran smoothly. We were in and out and well-taken care of. We will definitely be back for all of our eye care needs in the future!

My experience with MyEyeDr has been great! The friendly staff and Dr. Conway provided superb service before, during, and after my eye exam. My recent visit was the second time I used this business for my contact lens fitting. I was more than pleased with their management of my exam and ordering process. I know I will receive my contact lenses in a timely manner, as I did last year.

Last minute change of eye doctors for convenience, and it was the greatest decision I have made in a long time! Dawna, the GM, really took the time to get to know me personally in the short time we spent together and she worked amazingly with Janie at the front desk. Dr. Conway was incredibly thorough and got.menin and out in a jiffy. This is by far the best eye doctor experience I have ever had!

I made an appointment online for a Friday afternoon. I received a confirmation email as well as a text message verifying my appointment. Then, I get to the office only to find that it is completely closed. I called the office, which then the system connected me with the answering service. She was no help whatsoever and could only tell me the office was closed. In a lackadaisical manner, just told me to have a nice day.This was a complete waste of my afternoon, having to get off work early and rearrange my afternoon.As a business, if you want to close on Fridays, that’s your business model, but why have an automated system that allows your customers to make appointments??

The automated reminder to make an appointment was received a couple of weeks before I was actually insurance qualified for exam and new glasses. The office staff was able to reschedule to an alternate date. Once I was able to be seen the staff realized my insurance (which had changed due to Fedex switching to a new carrier) would not cover new frames because the wrong information had been imputed on the insurance side.They knew I had been without my glasses for 6 months due to a frame breakage so the office extended a substantial discount so I would be able to get new glasses.That was above and beyond anything they were required to do and I appreciate it immensely!!Go to My Eye Doctor in Collierville. It will be worth your trip.

Not the most friendliest of people. Always running late or something is broken. Ordered contacts over two weeks ago and have not heard back. Tried calling several times but no one ever picks up. The phone just rings and eventually hangs up.

For starters, I really like the online appointment booking! Have a hard time hearing on the phone and was still able to get in quickly booking online.Have always had 20/20 vision. Went in to be sure new problems with my eyes weren’t an emergency issue. Front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and didn’t come across as it if was just a job to her. Dr was awesome. Believe it was Dr Swain? I sincerely appreciated his forthright approach. He could have tried selling me corrective lenses when I asked about them. I have never needed them, didn’t know any better, and I’m sure the practice makes a lot lot by selling glasses and contacts.. Instead he told me they wouldn’t make any difference for me. He said he could prescribe some for now if I wanted but believed for me it would be wasting my money. ? Will definitely be back for follow up after ophthalmologist appointments, as well as any future eye problems. Have only been to an eye Dr twice in 47 years and both were here. Was an amazing experience both times! Thank you.

Dr. Austin Swain was wonderful to work with. He suggested several options for maximum comfort. Very easy to speak to. Office staff very professional.
