I’ve used MyTown movers for two moves and both experiences were good. They are pretty solid and you know what to expect. The guys that come out are timely, respectful, and efficient. I plan to use them again in the future and have recommended them to my family and friends.

Our experience with My Town Movers was awesome. Randall and his two man crew arrived on time, carefully wrapped and loaded my Mom's furniture, got us unloaded quickly and efficiently at her new apartment. Move took right at 3.5 hours which was what I was expecting. Could not have gone better or more smoothly.

I used this business two years ago when I made my initial move. I had a wonderful experience. So, without hesitation, I used them again for my move. They sent four men to my house. They were unorganized and all four men went to different rooms. Four men on a three bedroom two bathroom assignment took 7 1/2 hours. The workers came to me and told me that it was time for them to go around 2:30pm. There was still stuff that had to be moved. I had to have two movers come out the next day to move the rest of the belongings. They told me there was no way that those four guys should’ve taken that long to have moved me, especially when they did not have to move anything in the den such as couches and chairs. My charge was more than $2000 for the first day but when I contacted the home office, they told me that I had been overcharged $700 for materials and that I would be credited back on my card. One week later, and they had not initiated the credit. Then they told me the credit was not the original quote. My credit was going to be $200 less. To make matters worse, my furniture was damaged on the move from the first day. There were cuts in my headboard and scratches all over my chairs. They also lost the brackets to my king size bed. The business did reimburse me $200 for the damaged furniture, but I never received my $40 for the lost brackets I had to go to Haverty’s and replace. When you call, you do get some very nice gentleman on the phone but the workers I had to my house on both days smelled like marijuana. I do not know what has happened to this place but I do not recommend them for anybody to use. I had to go through hoops to get reimbursed the money they told me they were going to send me and I still haven’t received, like I said, the $40 for my lost brackets that nobody knows where they went. This all transpired over two days in May, May 22 and the 23rd, 2024

The company was wonderful to work with. The office people were fabulous, very professional, answering my questions. The movers showed up on time and were very friendly and worked very hard. No complaints!

Siteno and his crew were outstanding!! Our move was a very difficult move and they kept working until the job was done. Above and beyond the expected. They were determined to finish the job the right way.
