I was so impressed with the wide selection of furniture they had here. The pricing was so competitive and they definitely are the best locally. I also love the fact it's family owned. They hold your hand through the whole process, and help you out every step of the way. I've found my place that I'll definitely be back for me! Thank you so much!!! My wife and I are so happy!!

DO NOT BUY from this place!!!! The company does not stand behind their products. I was looking to buy 2 new cabinets for my home. I was going to go back to Mid-South furniture. My husband and I were in a discussion when we looked at the cabinet we currently have from Mid-South furniture. To our surprise one was cracked EVERYWHERE. I called the store and was told they would look into it. Then I got a message back about the manufacturer not covering the damage but the manager said he'd look into it more. (This is not normal wear and tear this is CLEARLY a product quality issue.) The piece of furniture has never been moved yet it has cracks EVERY WHERE. STILL no word back from the store. They said they would call me back, it's been weeks!!! I will be purchasing my new units elsewhere!!! Now we are in search of 3 units. We will be calling BBB. The is horrible. 2k on a cabinet that only last a little over a year.
One thing I'm sure of is dishonest businesses don't last long in Collierville. This business will not be here long. Us folk in Collierville also don't buy cheaply made furniture. Collierville is small and once the word gets around this company will be history.

I was searching high and low for a living room set. It was tremendously hard due to the size of my living room. I initially thought I lucked up on a set from Ashley Furniture. However, the set was a tad bit too wide to enter through my door. So I was really discouraged at the point feeling like I won’t ever find a living room set. I saw Mid South Furniture ad on Facebook and decided to go take a look. Sales Rep Jay helped me when looking at selections that are suitable for my living room. I saw an identical but smaller living room set that I purchased and had to return to Ashley Furniture at Mid-South Furniture. Arrival date for furniture was sooner than the expected date. I’m in love with my set. Shop here and you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I was looking for a sectional. We stumble across Mid South Furniture! Their customer service was amazing! They truly want what is best for us and did everything they could to get what we want.
They showed us this beautiful sectional and we fell in love with it right away! They did their best to meet our needs and budget!
If y’all have a chance, check them out! They will have what you’re looking for and if they don’t have it in store then they will do their best to get it for you! It’s truly a spectacular experience.

We visited the showroom multiple times in search for the perfect sectional. The team was helpful they matched any of Bassett's promotions on their products. The delivery was easy and we are thrilled with our new sectional, ottoman and barstool.

Unfortunately, we have experienced an issue while trying to cancel an order within 5 hours of placing and paying for it. The manager has indicated he would charge a 35% restocking fee although no delivery or pick up was ever made. As of this writing no credit of any amount has been made to our credit card. In my opinion this appears to be an abusive interpretation of their cancelation policy.

I purchased the full Bella Bassett bedroom set from here! I couldn’t recommend Mid-South Furniture enough. Alex made sure to constantly stay in touch with me through the whole process. The delivery/setup was quick and easy. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!
