A FIVE STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience at Mattress Firm Collierville !! I could not be happier with my new adjustable base & Tempur-pedic mattress from Mattress Firm Collierville ! The Sales Rep, Matt, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It was a relaxing atmosphere and most importantly I didn’t feel pressured at all. I have chronic lower back issues which is the main reason I have been considering a new mattress with an adjustable base. I tested out 2/3 different adjustable bases and knowing I have lower back issues, Matt suggested a base with Lumbar support. WOW, what a difference the lumbar support made; I was instantly sold. After I decided on my adjustable base I tested out about 6 mattresses before I decided on my very 1st Tempur-pedic Hybrid Luxe Cooling mattress. By far the BEST decision I have ever made! The delivery & set up was fast. The delivery men were very helpful; they even moved my old mattress into another bedroom before setting up my new one. He customized the height I wanted on the base & explained the remote & warranty to great satisfaction. All in all my entire experience with Mattress Firm exceeded my expectations. I would refer anyone to make their next purchase at Mattress Firm Collierville ! Also, a special Thanks to Matt for all the helpful advice on my purchase, my back & I are extremely appreciative!?

We recently visited the Collierville store to purchase a new mattress. We didn’t need anything fancy and were looking for a basic setup. Maggie was great and led us to their Murphy Bed wall. We found exactly what we needed. We told her we wanted to a little more shopping around and left. She took our number and put together an invoice to text to us in case we changed our mind. We got half way to where we were going and received the invoice. We knew we wouldn’t find a better price. Another few texts and we purchased our new set from the car and headed straight over to the warehouse to pick it up. Great service and a great experience for us.
