We had an excellent experience picking out my daughter’s dress today. Ms Lula was so helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter loves her dress and we plan to go back for all our special occasions.

I can appreciate the fact that there are beautiful gowns but I didn’t like being treated as if I couldn’t PAY for what I may have wanted my child to have.
The lady was very nice, don’t gets wrong. But don’t keep steering me towards the cheaper gowns and saying what I “ might not want to pay for”

have bought a dress from her before so went back to get my daughters prom dress from here ordered a size and it came in to big asked if we could get the one she had in store . someone had just tried it on and ripped it she said she could fix it a week later got the dress and the beads and stones are missing mind you i spent 530$$$ on this dress...

I have been buying my Mardi Gras gowns from Ms. Lula for 3 years and she is the absolute best! She can literally just look at you and tell you the exact size you will need in each designer and style. She carries so many styles, sizes and price points that I always know that I don't need go anywhere else! I highly recommend shopping with Ms. Lula for all of your formal and party needs! PS: she also carries a wide variety of accessories to help you finish off your look!

phone call. She could have said "do you have a minute while I finish this call" or "please excuse me while I finish this call". Or, best yet, she could have ended the call and paid attention to the customer. Very rude. I walked out and will not return.

Lula was amazing and she knows her stuff! We picked a dress and needed the straps altered and she had the dress ready in time for my daughters big night! Thank you Lula for being so kind and helping us!

She took my money and then lied and said that my daughter’s debutante dress was stuck on a boat whenever I asked about my order. I had to end up buying another dress from somebody else, and I never got the dress or my money back.

First I just want to say I have never left a negative review, nor have I ever taken too seriously negative reviews left by others. However, every person who has commented negatively about the professionalism and rudeness of this alteration company, they are 100% correct. I took my wedding dress in to be altered and when I walked in she didn't say hello or how ask how she could help me, she just stared at me. Finally I told her I had a wedding dress that needed alterations. She asked me when my wedding was to which I replied May 27th. She told me to come back on May 15th to alter it. Obviously that was alarming and would be for any. She said she would get to it then. And when I asked her if she would have enough time she responded "this is my job and I'm not putting you in front of anyone else that has their stuff in for alterations". To which I said I wasn't asking for that, I was just concerned because one week doesn't seem to be enough time to alter a wedding dress. She didn't even want to look at my dress. She didn't know if it was lace , full beating, etc. I was very uncomfortable for obvious reasons, especially because one week is just not enough time, especially if when I picked it up it needed adjustments. The whole experience was off-putting and negative. I walked out and I'll never be back.

I would not recommend coming here Ms lulu has a nasty attitude I was there for prom dresses for my daughter and my daughter was trying on dresses she left her bra on and didn’t feel comfortable taking it off she got all upset saying take it off and began to take it off yanking on her bra saying take it off it makes the dress look bad and I said let her do it she will the whole time there each dress she tried on she was watching her but people with lighter color of different races was treated with joy and respect and she was so joyful with them smh I want spend a dime here no alteration to dresses if needed dress looks old and use and she has no customer service at all whole time talking about sea weed she ate and how it’s to many kids in Memphis to do alterations to dresses nope want be coming here please avoid this place ??

Skip all the other stores if your looking for a prom formal, bridal this place has I'm guessing around 3000 dresses and to top it off she's diffenlty been over worked here lately but you could not tell that by her attitude she was great with everyone and price are not that bad compared to the other store we went to. I just say enough good things about this place
