I was hauling with my 2019 Ford F350 dually from NY to Memphis. We hit Memphis, and the truck started counting down miles. I found Landers, and they got my truck right in. I was out of the 50 miles and couldn't turn the truck off. They repaired the DEF injector quickly, and we were back on the road. Great service, excellent mechanics. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Landers Ford Service was able to get me in next day and diagnose the issue that Monday AM. Another local Ford dealership could not even get us in for 3 weeks and then could not tell us when they could work on our car after the diagnosis. We will definitely be back and recommend Landers Ford to others.

My car was picked up and dropped off with care, but they were supposed to fix three things: recalibrating my "oil change required" light that was on even though I'm 1,500 miles from needing an oil change, patching a tire that had a leak, and fixing a safety recall issue. They patched the tired, but lost the cap to a different tire, and the oil change light is still alarming when the car is turned on. I'm assuming they did fix the safety recall issue. They were very good at communicating and they worked quickly. They also answered all questions I had.

Towed my vehicle in on a Thursday and went to the dealership to get it signed in myself. Was told three business days till done. Called Friday afternoon to check on status and they had no idea it was even in the parking lot and would be written up then. Called multiple times Monday and Tuesday with no callbacks from service advisors or manager. Finally was able to get in touch with them Wednesday morning saying it’s getting in the shop. Was done that evening. I appreciate the technician quickly figuring out the issue and solving it but the lack of communication from anyone in the advisor team is less than ideal.
