I just spent the last week hammering out a deal on a used car with this dealer. After some back and forth, I put down a deposit and was going to come out and purchase the vehicle. After I placed my deposit, Landers must have decided that they didn't like the deal we came to and sent the car to auction instead. I work nights and sacrificed sleep on days I worked to be more convenient for them, and their response was to just sell a car out from under someone coming in from across the state, rather than honor the deal they agreed to. I will never shop at a Landers location ever. And I encourage anyone else considering it to rethink it, as they are not a business that honors their word.And when I called the dealer to see if anything could be arranged to let me still come pick up the car, I was told "nope, the car is sold," and then hung up on by sales manager Tim. Not a phenomenal way to do business.

Choosing a dealership for your needs can be complicated, but Landers Ford North made my decision a good choice. I worked with a variety of staff members to meet my needs and all of my questions had prompt answers. Even if a question could not be answered at that particular time, there was always someone willing to assist me. I want to thank Stephanie Caviness and Ryan Winters for helping me during a complicated time. They both allowed me to have an enjoyable experience at Landers Ford. I will definitely come back and purchase a new vehicle at this location just because of the amazing customer service both of them provided.

Don't bother. These folks don't care about you. They just want your money. I bought a brand new vehicle here and started having problems almost immediately. Of course, getting anything fixed was a nightmare. I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved before i got any results and even then, it was slow going. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Bringing in my F-450 king ranch dually for service was a breeze. It's the communication afterwards that totally sucks! It's been 3 weeks since drop off and still no calls or updates! I have left numerous messages to a live person yet with no success of a return call. Voicemails is a joke! I've even call the service manager and email....no return calls. Gonna just pick my truck up!! Service department is totally bad at all the Landers Ford. myanna2k myanna2k m

Dropped my truck for recall work and asked that they diagnose it if they had time and do a service on the front differential. Quoted 3-5 days for recall work and the rest would take 3 to 4 weeks possibly. I asked to have the recall work done in that time and whatever else could be done. Recall work should take 1/2 day.Then, I call after 4 days. My truck got put in the "diagnose" stack by mistake. They said it would be another 5 days and started raising his voice when I asked some questions. Excuse after excuse. Finally he yelled at me that I could pick my truck up or leave it. So I did just that and already have an appointment across town in two days. Tried to call and talk to service manager. What a joke! Couldn't get him or anyone else on the phone. Picked my truck up and no apology or anything. No explanation. This after 6 repeat visits with the same truck to have my sunroof repaired only to have it screw up again "outside of warranty". Save yourself the time and frustration. Simply go somewhere else. Anywhere else. If this was the only Ford dealership within a five hour drive, I'd drive twice as far.

Landers ford in collierville had my truck for 3 weeks replacing the calipers and breaks. After $900 in just labor, drive off the lot to hear a grinding noise and ultimately find out that the did not put back in the caliper bolts. So I spent more time and more money fixing an issue myself that Landers Ford Collierville was paid to fix in the first place

My 2002 Ford Crown Victoria had a computer module issue. The part was obsolete due to the age of the car so ! Went on line,found someone to rebild it and went back to Landers. Allen told me after they put this part back in that it wasn't workiing right so I sent it back to the rebuilders for repair! Back to Allen they installed it checked and verified that everything worked as it was suppossed to! Couldn't ask for better service or a better service manager to work with great mechanic as well. If I need repairs you KNOW I'm going to Landers Ford!!!

My review is in reference to the service department. It's terrible. Not much else I can say about that. They don't answer the phones...They don't return your calls or messages left...Don't expect an "Express Oil Change" despite the name, there is no such thing...Don't expect to drop your car off for repairs and get it back anytime the same week without a LOT of bickering to make it happen. If I could avoid them I would if I were you.
