I really don't quite understand the closing for an hour at lunch. The day before it's going to snow and we will be snowed in for probably five days senior citizen here I go once every three months, so I forget that you're closed for lunch can you not get your Schedule with employees correct? So you don't have to close? Shame on you

Rating due to their decision to no longer accept Tricare - the military’s only available insure. Not very patriotic.

Spoiled food, nasty bathrooms. Just gross. The manager talks down to disabled man in produce. I mean rude. No one should talk to anyone like that. He is very very rude man . I don't go to this store unless I have to. Gross bathroom Everytime I try to go to bathroom. I rather pee in parking lot

They don't answer the Phone. Like ever. I lost my wallet six months ago and called to see if anyone found it. I called multiple times throughout the day. I let it ring until it disconnected me. I called today to have a mistake corrected on a pick up order and I have yet to reach a person. No operator, no answer machine, literally nothing. Where is the manager? Where is the customer service counter rep? Where is anybody?

Don't shop here. They treat their employees like dogs. They even turn off the air conditioning at night forcing the overnight stockers to sweat like mules. They also tell overnight employees to NOT take their lawfully entitled to breaks because they quote, "have to much to do". I'll shop at WalMart from now on, as terrible as it is. I'll not support any company that won't even allow their employees to have air conditioning.

Good experience here. The staff goes out of their way to find alternatives if prescriptions are backordered

Very knowledgeable and nice staff. They always seem to find the cheapest route to price your medication even if you already have insurance.

They are awful. They let people sit in line when orders are not ready. It should not take more than couple minutes per customer, not 10

Apparently all techs are training and consider themselves more knowledgeable than you. Allow scripts sit because of cost and not notify you. Also many have problem with 30 day scripts. It’s like mass confusion depending who you speak with. Looking to change and can’t wait

Don't recall the young lady's name I talked to but she was very pleasant helping me get my meds transferred there.

Pharmacy refused to fill the prescription for 90 days. Claimed it was the insurance but no other pharmacy had a problem.

Standing in line forever at the deli counter. Workers standing around in bakery and hot deli area with probably no cross training. No eye contact, no I'll be with you soon. No management presence. Publix please come to our area and show krogers how it's done!!!!

Visited at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. The shelves were empty. Not sure if a plague of locusts had been through, or they just hadn't restocked the shelves. I was by the refrigerated meat section and slipped on a pool of sticky liquid. Instead of helping, a girl who was stocking a cabinet. laughed instead. I told her to go get a safety cone, and to get the mess cleared up, before someone else could fall. She stood staring into space. I then shouted at her to fetch the manager. He came along, and said "oh yeah, that cold cabinet is leaking. Well, duh! It's a safety hazard!!! Serves Kroger right if they get a lawsuit from an injured customer.

Even though this pharmacy is closer to my house, the Kroger pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional. It took them awhile to just answer the phone. They have been sitting on a prescription that I had called in earlier today from my doctor. I called another Kroger pharmacy requesting to have my prescriptions transferred to them. The second Kroger pharmacy employee said that they would be happy to do so. And that they would have my prescriptions filled in 30 mins and would text me when they were completed.
