Fast forward to 2023 for an issue with the Signature Hardware tub drain stopper. The part has a lifetime warranty, but I could not find all the information needed to replace the item. However, Rayeshaun at FBK&L was ready and willing to help find everything needed and even contacted Signature Hardware for the replacement part!
