I had a defective bracelet but I wasn't happy with just replacing it because I felt like I would have the problem eventually with the clasp. Adriana help me find a different bracelet that was a little more expensive but well worth the exchange so I paid the difference and left a happy customer! ?

I went in to have my ring inspected as part of my warranty and my husband “tagged along”, but then surprised me with an upgrade for our 25th wedding anniversary. We worked with Charisse and she is phenomenal - personable, funny, knowledgeable, and just an all around pleasure to work with. In fact a couple other ladies had to help out when I went back to pick up my ring during a busy spurt and they were equally friendly.
We’ve been Jared customers for a few years now and weren’t big on chain stores after coming from our experience with wholesalers in San Francisco. Since we first stepped into Jared we’ve been met with nothing less than kindness and professionalism. I cannot speak for all of the Jared locations, but can say from our personal experience, the Collierville location is outstanding in its level of service. Definitely recommend, and if you can work with Charisse, she’ll keep you laughing while spending your money.?

I just had the most memorable experience at Jared in Collierville and it wouldn’t be possible without Adriana Chambers and Charisse Freeman!
