“Greeted coming in the door, nice. Tractor parts a plenty. Three years ago the deck belts were very mixed up, my OCD kicked in and I arranged them all in the correct bins. I had the time and it calmed the brain. This year getting a belt for the deck was sooo easy. Looks like someone else had OCD and arranged all the belts correctly. Quick service to pay at the front counter. I did straighten the floor mats on the way out.?”

Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.
I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.
Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.

“Had to speak with a manager today because the ladies at CS didn’t want to give me store credit to a $200 item I paid cash for and lost the receipt but I just wanted store credit but they still wouldn’t do it. Another lady called up the manager for me(J.J) and in less then 5 mins he had my store credit already issued to me no questions asked. Thank you JJ!”
“Was asked a couple of different times if I needed help finding anything. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. Not something you experience at Lowe's in Memphis. Inventory was good as well. They had things I've never seen at any other home improvement stores.”

“I took back a Pittsburgh pull handle that I broke several months ago with out a receipt and no questions asked they was out of the one I had so the employee promptly went to the back grabbed one and I was out of there in minutes. I will definitely be back. Thanks Harbor Freight !”
