100% satisfied with the product and installation experience! Happy installed two Proview 672 basketball goals in my backyard. This wasn't the most straightforward project for sure, but the installation crew was thoughtful and patient and got the job done perfectly. I will definitely use them again for any of my outdoor projects.

These guys are first class. Communication was excellent, installation was timely and fast, the guys were super professional and courteous. Eric even called after installation to make sure everything went as expected. I would definitely recommend and my kids love their new playset.

I love my Fort!!!!!!!! My kids are having the time of their life. The product is outstanding. The service is amazing. The company stayed on schedule and completed the work in the time they said they would. I have a Happy Backyard and I couldn’t be happier! Oh and I got a basketball hoop from them too…. AWESOME!!!

After my parents' purchasing an expensive playset and having the appointment pushed over and over, trying to upsell us after purchase to buy a more expensive set that was beyond our toddlers' age level, having to badger them to show up on the last scheduled day, assembling in the dark, finding loose bolts and parts in the ground after, and basically the entire experience, I would neither recommend nor purchase from them again. When our 2 skinny 3 year olds swing, the whole set bucks and I don't feel confident that it is built well or securely.

After doing my homework online I felt most comfortable with the products and deal offered by happy backyard. The company shares space with Memphis Pool and Spa but I was there for a trampoline and called ahead to make an appointment. Shortly after arriving the staff at MP&S connected me with Eric who was very helpful, checking and double checking to make sure I had all the items I ordered. The product itself is superior quality, but I would seriously consider paying for installation if you don't have a helper for DIY. My only reason for the 4 star is that although many of the products are available on site for demo purposes, there isn't a dedicated store front for happy backyard products so don't go to the location expecting every employee to be able to answer every question. Call ahead.

I loaded up the kids and drove half an hour from Memphis to Collierville only to find that none of the 3 folks working there could help with or answer any questions about a playground for our backyard. The kids were soooooo disappointed. We ended up at Family Leisure in Memphis where the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The couple thousand bucks Happy Backyards lost, Family Leisure gained.
