Dec 16 they closed at 7 not 8 as listed on the website. Just be aware they may not be open as long as posted. Love this Goodwill and always seem to find a treasure.

I shop here a lot because they have a clean store and a lot of great options. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, after shopping for an hour i went to the dressing rooms to try on my clothes. I left my basket of clothes outside my dressing room while i tried 6 on at a time (it’s a rule you can only bring in 6 items at a time). After one of my “rounds” of 6 items, I come out to my basket gone. I asked 2 workers where I could find my basket. One of them looked me up and down and said “well why did you leave it there for 20 minutes” and then turned around and walked away. I was shocked how you responded while all the other workers at least said they didn’t know where it went in a polite manner. You never know what someone is going through, so after the day I had I just wanted to leave. I’m kind of shocked why she responded that way still, and why no one could help me retrieve those clothes. After an experience like that, i don’t really feel welcome to come back. The cashiers and everyone else was very nice, but the girl with the face mask was very rude.

Not sure if it was because it was Saturday or something, but the workers were pretty rude. I had to ask to get an item from behind the glass cabinet. You would have thought it was the most inconvenient request on the planet. And while checking out, the cashiers were gossiping and the one helping me shoved my items in a bag and looked like she didn't want to hand it back over.That aside, it's a typical Goodwill with good finds if you have the patience to sift through everything.

The management at the Collierville Goodwill is mean and cruel. There is a constant lack of knowledge in their work behaviors and practices.

Overall a very nice goodwill that is very organized and has lots of options. I got 2shirts and 2 dresses and it ended up being over $20, which seems really expensive. Looking at other reviews, I’m sure I was overcharged for some items. Besides that it was a pleasant experience.

I have found a lot of unique pieces here that I love!!!! However, they're overpriced on a lot of items and they will often sell garbage/recyclables such as glass yogurt containers (with the yogurt labels still on it). While price isn't an issue for us since we are thrifting for fun, it is a reminder that not everyone is as fortunate and some people shop at Goodwill out of need. I feel like the prices should be catered to the target market of the store, especially considering they're not paying for their goods as they come from donations.

A completely waste of time.Picked out an item and got to the register and somehow the price tag fell off. The lady at the register and was really rude and stated she could no longer sell the item, even though there was a price tag on the product. On my way out I said I was going to contact the higher-ups because I was tired of her attitude and she said “gonna call the higher-ups girl bye” and proceeds to laugh and make fun of me with another employee.Every time I go in she always has an attitude and manages to ring up items twice. Knowing them they’re just gonna turn around and put the product back on the shelf because they have done this in the past. Please be aware of your receipts and make sure you hand items one by one so nothing gets rung up twice if you go to the store. Def won’t be back at this store!!! couldn’t catch her name but the female was an older middle-aged black female with long braids.

Every time I go to the Goodwill there seems to be a problem. And every time I go to the Goodwill I have the same cashier. She always manages to overcharge me add items multiple times and I always have to get it fixed and readjusted. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! (Long sleeves she will ring up as sweaters and shirts as blouses) She is rude and she causes problems every time I go. I went with my friend and I literally said in line okay, there’s no way she can mess this up you have one thing. WELL she messed it up and was extremely rude. She refused to sell an item and had an attitude. My friend said she was going to call corporate because of the constant issues. She said “call corporate, GIRL BYE” I’m sorry but when I worked in customer service I would NEVER (to someone that wasn’t being rude, if a customer is rude then sure be rude back.) but I shop at this goodwill ALL the time, there are some very nice employees but honestly this lady needs to probably find another job that does not involve dealing with customers. Filtering the reviews from low to high it is easy to see that I am not the only one with a problem with her.
