If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not for any branch, it is for the bank as a whole. I called customer service to request a stop payment. I'm new to it so I didn't know all the details on it. All the customer rep told me was that the stop payment request would require a $37 fee and it would carry the stop payment for 6 months. I was not informed that it had to be done 3 days in advance. If I was given that piece of information, I would have better prepared. The payment I was stopping still came out and I called customer service back. They refunded the fee and sent a feedback form to have a follow up phone call with another rep. I had just gotten off the phone with the other rep who basically told me it was my problem and that I needed to pay the overdraft in order to avoid overdraft fees. So I am basically having to suffer from the lack of information that I was given by the first customer service rep I was in touch with. I am open to resolving this, but if I have to come out of pocket myself on the lack of information I was given, then my account can be considered closed. I am not happy at all.

I never faced this level of service from a bank for opening a business account. They were not helpful at lot and didn’t have good customer service. I ended up not taking my business to this location.

Just had to stop by this bank for the first time. The teller I worked with is Kendrick P. (Don’t want to give his full name) if he is represents the other employees that work here then I definitely suggest this bank. Great guy. Fast and courteous.

Very slow. It's ..laid back type of staff...they should consider that people have businesses to take care of. Fast pace is a must, even if you are a small branch. Two personal bankers on their desks on the phone and people waiting. Tellers obviously memorize what they are supposed to do but without understanding. Not a pleasant branch to go to. I try to avoid visiting a branch for such reasons, but sometimes you just have to

I don't know what is going on but i use to never wait at the drive thru, which is one reason why I use this bank. However, recently I wait every time now for at least 8-10 minutes. It doesn't matter if your next in line. I am currently on 20+ minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me. I would leave but I can't due to the pole next to me.

Today was my second time in this bank and I am already sorry that I open two accounts in this bank. If you don't want to be waited on this is the bank to go to. If you want to ask an employee to speak to the manager and never get that info from her and only have her display her typing skills this is the bank you want to come to. I think their motto there is" just a second" and "under a time crunch" but I could be wrong. It was the only feedback that I got. I am 70 and "I am under a time crunch".

They found fraud charges on my account so they locked my debit card and told me i needed to go get a new one. So i go do that and head home. I stop to get gas and realize that they have given me a card with someone else's name on it!! This is so ridiculous! Just imagine how many other times they have basically gave out access to someone else's back account! Now i have to wait until Monday to go and get another card! Seriously considering changing bank's!

They are such a great financial institution with all the investment services including investment savings accounts. We had a HELOC here with rock bottom interest rate, they also have competitive CD's and other choices. We first established accounts here in 1993 and they have been an excellent choice for checking and savings amlnd have wired cash in and out plus money orders and travelers checks at no charge. For the last decade Penny Moore has been our go to person that had handled of our transactions no matter how big or how small. She is the consurmative professional that has an excellent knowledge of almost every product and service offered by First Tennesse. I cannot adequately express what a joy it is to have such a friendly, pleasant and genuinely engaged professional assisting you and as an advocate for our interest truly is. She is a terrific ambassador for the First Tennessee brand and I highly recommend seeking her out of you are doing business in this branch. There's 5 drive thru stations plus an ATM that's available 24/7, there's another branch in Collierville plus a standalone drive thru ATM in town. There's a lot of branches in the Memphis metro with a main branch with all their corporate offices located in Memphis. Bottom line: while there's been a few bumps in the road years ago, with some services, they have had their act together for many years now and have been totally reliable with both their inside and online presences. All boxes checked for a full service, professional banking and financial institution.

When on my honeymoon I had misplaced my debit card and ID. My next day off work I was scheduled to meet with the DMV to get a new driver's license, but before then I needed a new debit card. I knew my social, had my checkbook, and knew someone higher up that worked out of this location... he even saw me as soon as I walked in, greeted me, and knowing what I needed said the woman I sat down with could most definitely help me with this. I sat down with Penny, and she from the beginning was extremely rude. I gave her my social security # which she proceeded to tell me was wrong, even though it turned out to be accurate. She asked me if someone knew me that worked there, I told her C**** H**** did (whom was the gentleman I was speaking about above), then she mentioned me giving the wrong social and me acting “suspicious†and that she could not give me a new debit card. She finished with saying that if someone there knew me, then she could. Well clearly someone there knew me. I am actively complaining about this, because I was not treated fairly. She was black and I was white... did that have something to do with it?

Ever since I received a savings account in 94 as a MS graduation present. First Tennessee has always been very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. When it comes to my banking needs they know how to answer my questions & always resolve whatever dilemma I may have. They done an excellent job in also handling my direct deposit. My paycheck always came into my account on account on time. With my funds readily available to spend. I would recommend anyone who is moving here into town to bank with them. My mom have also gotten loans from them as they've done an excellent job in offering her the best in home & car loans. They offered her excellent rates & gotten them approved switfly. I forgot to mention that me & my family each have an account here & will continue to bank here as we have for 25 years. I'm sure to like their page on Facebook and tell a friend.
