Wasted my Saturday to take my f250 in for an alignment. Had an appointment stating that it was for an alignment on an f250 at 11 am only to be told at 1 pm that there lift couldn't handle lifting my truck. So the 15k pound lift can't lift my 7k pound truck. I had put a leveling kit on my truck and this alignment was gonna take a small amount of extra effort, pretty sure thats why i was told it couldn't be done. When i called them on there bs excuse i was told that there lift was wore out and couldn't lift my truck, then was banned from the store. I wouldn't go there to have free air put in my tires. Avoid this shop at all cost apparently there equipment is to wore out to fix cars.

Poor service, poor communication and staff talks down to customers. Lots of offers and coupons online but does not seem to be worth it.

the lady behind the counter, acted like she did not even want to wait on me. All I needed was my air in the tires checked she told me to pull her pull around to the bay and she would be there. I sat and I sat, and I sat finally I left went to Gateway pulled right up. He put air in my tires. Very nice guy at Gateway.

I think you have well trained employees because every single time I have gone there, I have those "customer requests" that employees dread because customers in general are stupid and requests only add time and hassle to everybody's work day. But mine always get done and done correctly.For example, I had one road force balance job that I specified I wanted the balance less than 12 lbs and it got done without issue. I had another where the tech flagged one rim would not balance because it was bent, so I straightened it, brought it back and had it balanced. Had a third job where I was trying to 'calibrate my butt' to a vibration I felt in the vehicle and asked for the tires to be road force balanced, be put back on the car exactly the same location, and know the before and after numbers. The job was done exactly as I asked and it turned out the two rear tires, the ones I suspected were bad were starting to have belt separation. That was exactly what I needed to know!

Very disappointed with service.I have given for Oil Change with Firestone recommended services Break Fluid Exchange & Coolant Fluid Exchange.I see no top up of windshield wiper fluid as part of common service with oil change.Lid kept it open for Radiator connected Coolant Reservoir.Not sure if they really performed all the services requested and charged for.For coolant fluid exchange they estimated 127.98 earlier and charged 147.48 now.I have replaced my Wiper blades , Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter just day before giving for service, but still they added those in recommended services not sure if they really examined the vehicle and recommended those services .

Poor customer service, Manager Jerline rude. Took car in for oil change and they did not top off my fluids or rotate tires as what i paid for. When i went back in manager, Jerline wants me to wait 3 hours for them to check my fluids. Did not know the corporate phone number. Just poor service, no customer service skills. She obviously have forgotten that without customers coming to Firestone there would be no need for her. Management is required to resolve issues, not create them.

I got the alignment service. And I get it that usually the mechanic need to test drive the vehicle before and after. The way my car was driven is not the way it supposed to be tested. You are not testing the suspension system no reason to drive crazy, you are not testing the speed limit you just need to make sure that it is aligned properly. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and never drove my car like this guy. Not good.

Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Of course, i received a call about something else. I was told my brake pads were worn. So i approved the extra work. 1-2 days later, my wife noticed the brakes were scrubbing and massive amounts of dust on the wheels. This has never happened before. The vehicle is 5 years old and had the manufacturer pads. Took it back to let them inspect. I was told that everything was fine, but the vehicle wasn't moved from where I parked it. The odometer had the same mileage. I'll never recommend anyone there. Finally, I went to the dealer, and the issue was resolved.

Stay away from this place and save your time and money. These guys are not worth elaborating the reason for my disappointment as they already at a point of no return when it comes to customer experience.You’d think of escalating to the manager but it is her attitude that trickles through all corners of the store.

Brought van in for A/C issue (driver side not cooling). Estimate to repair was $2800! Essentially replace the whole A/C system. Picked it up the next day and A/C no longer works AT ALL!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my appointment. The service did not start until 5:44 pm, despite the scheduled time being 5 pm. Additionally, the cost of the full synthetic oil change, totaling $163 for six quarts of oil, seems excessively expensive. Moreover, the lady at the front desk was unfriendly.

I dropped my car today for a flat tire issue. They were very flexible even after being so crowded they accepted my car. It took few hours to get my car fixed but they were able to take care nicely.
