I sent in a white shirt with stains from flowers. The tag said "Special Attention" but it looks like they didn't even try to remove the stains.

Took my wool and polyester TECH jacket in to get dry cleaned. Take it out of closet to use a week later and the zipper was off track and stuck. I will be calling them to get it fixed. I will resubmit my review afterwords.
