The service fell through the floor during the last 2 years. They doubled their prices, yet when they needed to remove a spot from one of my shirts, they could not do it after 2 attempts. I washed this shirt in my washer at home and the spot was gone! I then took it back to them and asked to press this shirt for free since I did their work for them. They reluctantly agreed, but when I came to get the shirt, the young girl working there was extremely rude to me. When I asked her if I needed to pay for the shirt she said "Just leave so I can do my work." I questioned why she was so rude and she said that I was of no value to them. I was coming to this place for 22 years - clearly I was of no value to them!!!
