Dr. Bimmer has been servicing my car for a while now. It’s easy to make an appointment, the staff is very friendly, the shop is immaculately clean and charges for services are fair. They also take the time to explain why future services/issues should be addressed. My car has over 100,000 miles on it and I intend to keep it for a while, I’m happy to recommend this company.

I have taken my 2003 BMW E46 M3 to Dr Bimmer every time my car has an issue and the staff there never disappoints. They are awesome. The service techs are super knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you feel important and taken care of at every step. I can’t recommend them highly enough…10 stars out of 5!!!

I greatly appreciate the staff they're all very friendly and courteous. Dr. Bimmer is the only auto service that I have working on my 528xi BMW. The prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership because they have saved me a ton of money.? I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to have a quality repair on their vehicle. The owner is an extremely kind, and humbling individual. If you have any problems do not hesitate to speak with him because he does care for his customers and will make things right. It is a very clean and organized car shop too.

Dr. Bimmer is the only place I trust to work on my car. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and they help me make informed decisions about the care and maintenance of my BMW.Dr. Bimmer’s technicians are highly skilled. They always take the time to teach and explain to me the parts/ services/ features/maintenance replacements that my car needs — which I appreciate so much! In the past, I’ve gone places and didn’t really know exactly what I was paying for or what they were doing with my car. This is NEVER the case at Dr. Bimmer!The waiting area is also very upscale and comfortable. They have Wi-Fi, TVs, a pool table, and a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks. I have a 2003 BMW 530i that had sat for several years. It was having trouble starting. I left it with Cierra and she kept me informed of what it needed. It had several needs, but I just wanted it to start. They were very understanding and worked on that issue only. It took some time to determine the cause, but once it was discovered, they quickly corrected the problem. I will definitely return for work on the other needs that were found. Thank goodness for Dr. Bimmer!!.

These guys have been great. Started a few years ago with a coolant leak. Dealership told me would be a week before they could see me, Dr Bimmer guys and gals got me in that day and had me back on the road. Since then there has been an air intake manifold, electronic door handles, oil changes and steering squeaks. Almost all taken care of in a day or two and at reasonable rates. Cheaper than the dealership for sure. Very happy with the service here.Services: Steering & suspension repair

My 2015 BMW 335i needed several things done beyond a standard oil change and I was leaving for vacation this Memorial Day weekend. I called and was able to get an appointment this past Friday and I am so thankful I did. The entire staff at Dr. Bimmer is fantastic. They are very up front with their pricing and are more than happy to break it down and explain. They don't try to sell you on services you don't want or need. Their communication is top notch. I received updates through text messages throughout the service. The technicians are excellent and do great work. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you own a BMW, I highly recommend giving Dr. Bimmer a try. You will be happy you did.
