We had the most exceptional experience at Dogtopia. Our dog was fearful of everyone except other dogs. After a few days/ week at doggy daycare he was a completely different dog, trusting and seeking out human affection. I can only imagine it was the kind, patient and nurturing staff that was reasonable for his transformation! He is now a very happy boy!! Thank you to everyone at Dogtopia for helping him get his happy back !

All employees are very aware of dog behavior. Groomer is awesome and prices are competitive.

10 out of 10, would recommend! I am a traveling health professional and they take great care of my pup when I have to work long hours. The staff is super sweet and always ready to help!

They are always doing what's best for Benny and Zoey. Even with all of their quirks. They also deal with their (sometimes) helicopter mom. Very flexible with appointments.

Love the curbside convenience, friendly staff, great groomers and cool facilities. My Bubba and Racer always come back to full of spunk with good looking haircuts... ready to take on the town!

I have been going here for about a year . I have had no issues until the last grooming . My dog came home very lethargic and acting weird . He even got down from couch and peed in floor. I was a little concerned but , thought I will just ask them when I book another appointment if they give them any sedation. They assured me no way we don't do this . I then said ok just asking because of the way he acted but I said maybe he was just overly tired . I trust you guys. I get a call back 5 min later telling me that they do not want me coming back . Very interesting don't you think ? Because I ask a question I was told not to return ? Well of course now I am concerned. So, that's fine I will not be returning but , I do not think this is a very good way to conduct business and it does make me question things even more.

My sweet Annie loved going to her Spa Day and spending time with new friends. The price was right and they were very friendly and easy to work with. I love being able to use the Dog Cams to check on her during the day.

As most of us fur baby parents know, canine influenza has been on the rise. Our baby, Jennie, attends Dogtopia Daycare and Boarding on a regular basis, and they have been so upfront with disclosing the possibilites and speed that this plague travels. Despite that, after interviewing other facilities , I opted to put my Jennie with the staff who love her and have cared for her for 2 years now! Yes, I had to give in and get the canine flu shot for Jennie, but my last 7 day trip proved that this clean, caring, conscientious, concierge staffed facility is first class! Jennie had no signs of illness...in fact - she was wonderfully energetic (she's 9) and happy when she came home! The staff knows you will be arriving curbside (through the wonderful app) and they greet their guests with a smile and assurance that they will be well cared for! There are doggie cams in every play room and they always get outdoor time too. This review is really a full "10"as I am sure Jennie would give them 5 stars also!
