Wow serviced on 10/25/2024 and it was phenomenal.
I was approached with help the moment I got out the car. I went inside the facility and was welcomed with care and attention to my need!
All of the technicians and the manager that worked with me were patient enough, considerate enough, and helpful enough. :)
The best service I’ve received in a long time but especially from a tire center. If I could leave more stars I would, please keep up the great professionalism and customer service!
I’D RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

The employees are very kind and professional. They are extremely fast and proficient. They changed all 4 tires of my car in exactly 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them more!

My RV tire needed a new valve stem. Took the tire to Discount and the nice young man got the tire out of my truck repaired it and put it back at NO CHARGE! I will be a lifetime customer! Awesome service.

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make a great decision. He was respectful and wasted no time assisting me from start to finish. I went to two other locations that Day and was not treated with respect so I left. Bruce is the reason I will continue to frequent discount tire in collierville.

Great place! The tires I had ordered on their website didn’t make it in time for my appointment so they upgraded my tires for no extra charge just so I could still keep the same appointment time. When I came in they were prompt to get me checked in and were very fast with the service.

Purchased 4 new tires online and had them shipped to this location. Never had been to this store before today when having them installed. Super Impressive! A representative met me in the parking lot and got all of the information from my vehicle. Went inside and everything was clearly explained with no pressure to make additional purchases. Tires were installed and I was ready to go in exactly 37 minutes from the time my information was entered into their system. WOW! Nice clean facility and friendly people. Thanks. I appreciate your level of service and professionalism. Because of this experience, I will be back.

Have had 3 tires repaired at the Collierville location, I would recommend anyone needing tires, a tire, or tire repair to take your business to this place. I've priced tires a few years ago for my then 1-ton rear duelly and after more researching than most normal folks will ever do, I went with Discount Tire and I will go with them when my current truck needs tires. All the guys at this store are great, I have nothing but compliments for them.
