“I always enjoy shopping at Dillard's. Since I was a kid, I believed that their stores had much better quality clothes, shoes and other items compared to JCPenney. I always buy shoes, socks, Callaway shirts and sometimes sunglasses at Dillard's. They do have a great selection of sunglasses and shoes.I bought a pair of Timberland's a couple of weeks ago and was in and out in no time. The sales rep was very helpful and friendly. I did not get his name but he did a great job and was very courteous. If you are friendly and nice and say "please and thank you" when dealing with sales reps in a retail store, the experience will always be smooth.A few days ago, I also bought some jewelry for my Mom for Christmas. I was greeted by the sales lady, Hadeel, and she was very helpful and attentive. She did a great job and was professional. I was also greeted by a few other associates and it's always a pleasant experience at Dillard's. This is very nice, upscale Dillard's and in a good location. I will return again. Thank you for making the shopping experience worthwhile. Merry Christmas!!”

“Just another Ross outlet in the Memphis suburb area. I’m not a big fan of Ross, however I visit them when I’m on budget. This location has a lot of options. They are well stocked and organized. I love the home sections where you can find many different variations of cheap furniture, light/ lamp, artwork, rug, etc.”

“This was my local Walmart in Collierville for years, but they were in a small location down the street when we first moved here, before a supercenter came to town. I have made many trips here over the years, despite my sweetheart general reluctance to talk a walk on the Walmart side LOL I have quite a few stories where Walmart has been the solution that saved the day and I am just not going to pretend it's funny to bash people or a company because it the fashionable thing to do, but I digress. They have all the amenities of a supercenter and the folks were always nice and friendly. The inventory is well maintained and my only beef was a couple of hiccups with the auto service department over the years for oil changes. However, they redeemed themselves when they went above and beyond on a tire warranty deal. Their garden center is well-done and I appreciate that and the grocery department has nice organic selections and the bakery is spot on. Bottom line: I'm not going to say that this is an amazing location but I have been to a half dozen area Wally Worlds and this one is by far the best all-around experience, period.”

“I visited this the little clinic yesterday in a lot of pain. I had an ear infection and sore throat and was helped quickly and the pharmacy had my medication ready very fast. I told the pharmacy tech that I didn’t live in the area and I wanted to wait. She was very helpful”

“They are always fully stocked as opposed to the location closest to my home. Friendly and helpful employees. Not enough cashiers but this location is heavily equipped with self check stations. When I have spent 45 minutes shopping and have a basket full of items I really don’t want to self check. That’s the only thing negative about this location.”
“Greeted coming in the door, nice. Tractor parts a plenty. Three years ago the deck belts were very mixed up, my OCD kicked in and I arranged them all in the correct bins. I had the time and it calmed the brain. This year getting a belt for the deck was sooo easy. Looks like someone else had OCD and arranged all the belts correctly. Quick service to pay at the front counter. I did straighten the floor mats on the way out.?”
