Always a long line, never have meds in stock. Waited in line over an hour and half, only to be told to come back after their lunch break when I was the only person in line at that point. Very unorganized and uncooperative.

Literally shut the window on my face. No where on website does it say they close from 1:30-2pm ...now I'm forced to wait. Wow. They could have helped me in less than 2 min just pick up RX. Dang- going to change pharmacies. Not cool. Quite rude.

They always have to order our medicine, it's never in the store. They don't answer the phone calls. They are rude and not helpful. The line is backed up to the school department. They need all new people that are trained right.

My review is 1 star because -2 is not possible or it would be that. I had bronchitis this winter & the CVS system did not tell me I had an antibiotic ready for pick up for SIX days. When I wrote the pharmacy a letter telling them that, no one cared enough to acknowledge my letter-no response by phone call, letter, email--nothing. I am 76, we are now dealing with considerable tree debris from recent storm. I called them yesterday to ask if "until Saturday" meant I could pick up my husband's prescriptions today? She didn't know. (That by itself is telling). Anyway, she assured me CVS would hold my husband's 3 scripts thru today by her writing a note on the prescription bag requesting it be held through Saturday. I drove in from another COUNTY today to be told my husband had no scripts & nothing had been written on his bag. I'm tired of feeling like Charlie Brown holding the football for Lucy at this CVS. It strikes me that their will to not ever improve their mediocre systems is their one zeal.

This pharmacy is horrible. Speaking with the automated robot every time you call them is always a pain, as you have to tell it numerous times to speak with a pharmacist before it transfers you to an actual person that may be helpful, though a majority of time they aren't.

We switched from Walgreens to CVS. So glad we did. Everyone at CVS is wonderful.

This pharmacy is usually pretty good IF you are actually at the store. Little did I know, until today, that trying to call the pharmacy is an overall unacceptable experience. Literally called 6 times today to get additional details on a delayed refill and waited no less than 30 minutes each time. FINALLY got someone to answer, who I believe was the pharmacy manager, and responded with this nugget of unprofessionalism, “if you were here you would understand why we haven’t been able to answer the phone, however people don’t care about that and only care about themselves.” Well if I was there I’d ask why you’re avoiding the phone and speaking to customers in such a low-class manner when you actually do answer the phone. Took all that to find out they were out of stock of the needed medication. Headed back to the family owned pharmacy I’ll pay a little more for simply to avoid this unacceptable attempt at even basic customer service!!

Will never go here again! One problem after another on their part and finally got my meds after 3days. Told them I didn’t want one because it was too expensive and they said okay but I’m still getting texts to pick it up.

Terrible experience, I’d give 0 stars if I could. No one at this location knows how to properly communicate or help customers. They all have attitude and don’t want to take responsibility for their job. They are just there to collect a paycheck, no desire of helping others. The women working on the counters are extremely rude and do not want to help. If you can, find somewhere else to fill prescriptions

Have now been waiting 2 hours for a pharmacist to talk on the phone. I’ve not been able to get my ADHD medication since December of last year. They’re never able to help, answer questions/PHONE, and extremely rude. I have a 2 yo that won’t allow to the stand in target for hours to even speak to someone. This is the 1st time having in issue of 15 yrs being on this medication. It’s worth sitting in Walgreens line for hours to not deal with this pharmacy. Would give zero stars.

if i could give 0 stars i would. worst customer experience ever especially from the blonde pharmacist Crystal Thornton! absolutely horrible and we will not be continuing going there.
