Alex was an absolute precious gem and helped me pick out what I was going to need with batteries. I ended up leaving with way more than that, and it was a wonderful experience!! Huge fan of wonderful customer service, signed up for an account and plan on going back.

Alex, Brent and Alejandro are usually who we see here when we go. If you end up with one of them, you are in for a treat. They know what you want even if you don't, so slow down and listen to them! They will help you if you let them, and they are fantastic at it. Customer service is absolutely top notch here. The store is spotless, bright, welcoming, well stocked and organized. The selection is vast and high quality. You aren't likely to encounter an uninformed employee, or a low quality product here. Only the best in customer service and only the best in products. They have great rewards and incentives, like the refer a friend, punch card, and redeemable points system. The sales are great but their regular pricing is competitive. You may find a lower price elsewhere on SOME items, but is it even worth it when the employees at most other shops won't even stand up to serve you, much less know anything about what they are selling you? At Create a Cig Collierville you will get what you pay for every time. You can expect to be greeted upon entry, and have 1 on 1 customer service from arrival to departure. Veteran customer of the Collierville location for nearly a decade. Don't waste your time on lower quality shops or products. Waited at the door for the place to open. Open sign lit up door locked. I waited until 930 tried the door, still locked, man inside finally gets up at 932 to answer my phone call never even looked towards the door or walked over to unlock the door so I left!

This is the best place near Collierville to buy vape products. I’ve enjoyed meeting the employees and the new location rocks. SUPER EASY to access. The point system lets me get great discounts monthly or whenever I feel like cashing them in. I’m posting this publicly because I really like this place. Adios.

Yes, everything in this store is overpriced and can be purchased online for a fraction of the price. I suppose you're paying for the convenience. Place is clean, and the staff friendliness is a hit or miss.
