average place to live, great location. Outdated appliances, windows, cabinets, and doors. Insulation in the apartment is non-existent. Cold water pressure is laughable, Maintenance is friendly and fixes the main issues presented in a timely fashion. Parking is a hassle as the complex does not enforce the vehicles per apartment rules in their lease. Office staff is communicable and will get back with you if they do not answer the phone.Leaving this a 2 star review due to the lack of initiative by the property owners to update the inside of their units. I lived here previously years ago and not a thing has changed. Instead they pave the parking lot every 18 months and paint the outside of the units.

It's a good decent spot, nothing to bad that I can say but could maybe be upgraded to an extent, like cabinets, doors, closets l, amd I only mean maybe repaint l, amd possibly update kitchen cabinets. But over all I really can't say anything negative.

This is a great community apartment. Neighbors are too good. Nice to see so many children playing outside. 2 Bedroom, one and a half bathroom, dining cum living room, a kitchen to accommodate all my kitchen stuff. Refrigerator, dishwasher, comes with it. There's a washer dryer hookup. With a month's saving (most Collierville apartment rents are $1500 and above whereas here it's $850), we can buy a new washer dryer! A fenced patio. I love my apartment. Suggs park, Town square are at walkable distance. Stores are nearby. Safe neighborhood. The manager Mr.Reginaldo is an awesome human. He addresses the maintenance issues effectively.

I live here and they have a good location, close to the Hwy 72 and 385. Is a small neighborhood. The maintenance is not great and you need to stay on top of the office to make sure gets done. Other than that the Collierville schools are always great plus.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This is literally the most miserable place I have ever lived. When I first moved in the only thing they cleaned were the carpets. The apartment was extremely dirty, there were light bulbs missing, vents clogged with dirt and who knows what else. The railing in the stairs was too loose and practically hanging from the wall. There were holes in the walls, sockets hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was awful looking. The cabinets and counter tops have chunks of wood missing and look like they haven't been replaced or cared for since the 80's. The inside of the cabinets were unsanitary to leave dishes in. There was dust and dirt and all the lining was peeled up and torn up. The bathrooms were awful and the floors were torn up and dirty. The windows are all having troubles with their seals, my glass sliding door doesn't even properly function. I have to pick it up off the track and move it. On top of all that, the property manager doesn't do anything. You can tell he doesn't care about the property or the tenants just getting his money. There is no kind of landscape upkeep. All the apartments just have weeds growing out front. They have painted my door shut, and didn't even notify us they would be painting the doors. The pool was closed for the longest because it didn't meet health codes and they just left it like that for over a year. I've never seen maintenance and I'm still waiting on them to come fix things I requested for almost a year ago. This is a horrible place to live. It honestly needs to be shut down and redone. You should only move here as a last resort and I wouldn't even wish that on you.
