Claire was fantastic to work with! She put together multiple quotes with different options for Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella Liability and she carefully explained all the terminology and coverage details. The Sales Agent Melinda Coulter has great customer service skills. Melinda has given my Husband and I the best customer service we’ve ever had from any where. Not only does Melinda Coulter make sure you understand what State Farm offers, but she’s very courteous, polite, and may I add Melinda is very professional as well. I can truly say she knows her stuff, and she takes her time to explain everything to you. We were so satisfied with the 5 STAR SERVICE Melinda has given us we are dropping our current Auto Insurance policy with the company we are currently with.
