This place needs new management. I drove 30 minutes to get my clothes. And was rung up someone else’s $77 bill. The to only find out my clothes were not ready. And I was told they would be ready today after 4. I do a lot of business with these people. But it’s always something. They could at least call people to tell them the clothes not ready before they take the drive. I’m very disappointed

I really don’t like to do this because i know the effects a bad review can have on a business. However, the way i was treated as a customer was what pushed this hostile situation over the top. I have heard wonderful things about this place in particular which led me to take my two formal gowns to be dry cleaned by them. I was getting them dry cleaned in order to sell them second hand to a buyer already lined up with price already discussed. I interacted originally with K(C?)atherine upon drop off who was very kind & pleasant to work with. Upon pick up, i interacted with Angela who had a quiet & more reserve nature but i never thought anything about it. One of my dresses turned out phenomenal which i am thankful for. Though my second dress, was damaged with pulls in the chiffon in the process of cleaning. I had just gotten home & the dresses unwrapped when realizing this. I called immediately & expressed my concerns with K(C?)atherine & she told me to bring it in to either her or Angela...which i did just fine. They said to come back in 4 days to pick up. 4 days had passed when i came in to pick my dress up & Angela was the only one there at the time. She proceeded to tell me the pulls in the dress were “my fault” (in her own words) & they will not be responsible for it. I explained that not only did i pay for the cost of the service as well as already had a buyer for the dress & did not believe i was being treated fairly. I asked if there was anyone else in the store i could speak to reasonably. Angela then proceeds to raise her voice at me & talking to me in such a foul manner including slander & bringing up political matters... I asked her calmly & kindly to please not talk to me that way and i am just trying to find a resolution for us both. The conversation went on & on until me being the bigger person collected my item & left. So Bill(who Angela stated was the owner), Katherine, or Angela yourself... i am asking that you please reach out to me as any good business should & hear me out for my problem & resolution. I am willing to do the same. Thank you for your time!

Was charged almost $7.00 dollars for pressing pants. Called cleaners in Cordova it was $3 to clean and press. I must have been given a special rate was going for convenience since I worked in Collierville. Will never use them again. No price list and was not given a detailed receipt. Have not checked yet how well if a job they did.

Overpriced charged almost $7 per pair of pants to press only. Called a cleaners in Cordova and another one in Collierville and their price was close @ about $3 to clean and press. I must have received a special rAte. I had several pair. I guess they needed my money more than I did. No price list posted and receipt was not detailed. This one is on me for not inquiring about the rate early. Beware!

I stopped here to compare prices. I didn't give this cleaner's my service it was odd that this business didn't have a posted price list. Ummmm use Google and find a good service provider. At the rate they wanted for cleaning a polo shirt it was cheaper to buy new shirts.
