I stumbled upon this city gear and didn’t know it existed. It’s a gem to me they always have the shoe that I need and the manger always greets me and make sure I’m okay with my shopping experience.

Workers wouldn’t let me buy a shoe they had SITTING in MULTIPLE size runs. Talking abt gotta buy a shirt or a sock with the shoe. Idk why they don’t want to make a sale.

My csr was great, so I thought she went over and beyond for me, she was very good and fast really too fast. After she fitted me for my correct shoe size she went to the back and got the actual size I needed and took them to the counter. I thought this was kinda strange because she had me trying on display shoes, but whatever I purchased “Air Force 1’s all white” cool, but when I get my shoes home and opens them I find out I have a gooey black stain on my all white shoes! ATP I’m very upset because she look at my shoes and checked the size so she knew the stain was on my shoes! Now I’m mad because I’m calling and calling I can’t get an answer. On top of this my car is down and I used my last funds to purchase she’s ruined shoes! I give Collierville, Tn a thumbs down! I do not recommend you purchase shoes from the company because they will serve with little to no effort and sale you damage merchandise. And to mention the other employees didn’t even attempt to greet me, he sat in the corner window the entire time on his phone, it’s was a man in and out the store hanging out and my csr was on her phone the entire time and she also told the person how much my total was! Very unprofessional

This store needs a new manager, this store is a joke. The manager gave me a store credit for my return then once the gift card won’t swipe she told me there was nothing she could do about it, and proceeded to get aggressive with me

This was my first time walking into the store. The workers take their job as a joke. I was not even in there for 2 minutes, and my boyfriend and I had to walk out.Walked in and the sales associate tried to snatch my bag, thinking it was "trash" when I had got it next door at Claire’s. After we had chosen a pair of jeans, we were gonna walk up to the counter to see if we could try on the jeans, and the lady on the sales floor was extremely unprofessional and just downright ghetto. Saying "nah uh" as in we weren’t allowed to try them on. The Carriage Crossing mall would do a lot better if they just closed down "city gear" in all honestly. I want the best for this outlet mall but places like these need to pay attention to who they hire. They will continue to lose customers left and right. I even asked a couple outside about what they thought about the store and they agreed not to ever shop there. That should tell you what kind of image this place puts out.

Store needs to be closed down. Obviously the owner doesn’t care because looking at the reviews, everyone has a bad experience. Please don’t waste your time and money at this location

The door was locked during business hours because of no workers. The store manager let me come in only to pick up my order. She would not allow me to look at any other merchandise or make any other purchases. She was not welcoming nor did she display good customer service.

The “store manager” is a joke of a manger! We called ahead to see if they had a specific shoe and a worker said verbatim yes matter of fact they had plenty of that specific shoe for $99. We drive all the way there only to be told by the manager that the shoe was actually not $99 and had the audacity to start catch an attitude with us. She already had a nasty attitude with us because we had cups of coffee with us. That so called “manager” needs to check herself and her lying ghetto employees. Based off the reviews so far looks like this isn’t unusual character for her.

The store Manager should be fired And walked out the front door. Went to buy children shoes, stood for at least 30min with no assistance when my child approached her to get the size needed she ignored him. When we asked again she yelled and walked off. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while super ghetto. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money at this location.

Walked in the store with a shoe return. The front desk associate called the store manager over to inspect our shoe return. The shoe return had a blemish on the bottom tread that could have easily been wiped clean. Then I think of Mr. Clean bar would do great! The store manager refused to give refund or store credit. The front desk associate was very willing to make an exchange for something else in the store. We suggested we’d return with our son later in the afternoon for an exchange. Our son returned to store only to find the store closed. We gave it some additional thought and we decided to keep the shoes. If one should consider to make a purchase of shoes from this store, consider making sure you’re person wants to keep them because a shoe return is very difficult. Based on the store word versus reality, we decided not to make a future purchase from this store.
