Worst customer service by phone I called to this store because I ordered an item yesterday. I received an email with my order confirmation so I called to see when I should pick it up, the lady at the phone today was rude didn't help me at all she just gave the customer service number and she gave a wrong one not sure if on purpose I don't know her name but she is the one that is today 10/23 4pm at the end they ended up cancelling my order

Customer service is top notch at this store! It’s hard to find GOOD customer service and people that genuinely care about their customers these days. Chico’s at Carriage Crossing is my new favorite store!

Worst place ever to rent a tux. I was told I would be notified immediately about my situation and was not. They don't know how to fit anything as I was walking them through the process. I'll be lucky to be in my best friends wedding because of there lack of competency. I spoke to rep at 5:00 pm and was told I'd hear back immediately. Never heard back so it seems like they don't care. No wonder you can buy 1 and get 3 free. Worst company ever!!!

We used this location for our wedding. They messed up three people's suits. Not just once but multiple times. One groomsmen has been back 3 times now and still wrong size...my dad told them in the store when they measured him it was the wrong size and they said no it will be fine and came back multiple sizes too big. One they didn't even measure the pants or order the pants...how do you not order pants for a suit set? My wedding is Saturday June 4th and the one groomsmen ordered his in April and has had it messed up so many times the next suit is supposed to come in the Friday before my wedding and we are just having to trust they didn't screw up again......this is absolutely ridiculous and we will never being going back. don't make the same mistake we did. Do not use this location!!!!

I have shopped in this store several times and have always received good service. That was not the case on my last visit which was on a Thursday night. There were two people working - one of whom handled a return for me. After the return, I was completely ignored during the rest of my time there. It was like I was invisible.
