My experience with Allstate is always top notch. Every situation that we have encountered Allstate has always been there to lessen the stress. We have been with them for close to 30 years. They are easy to get in touch with and return calls expeditiously!!!

Beware and double check your insurance if you are desperate enough to use this company. They will uninsure your daily driver and keep insurance on your vehicle that was totalled. You'll have to pay your fine to the city for being uninsured and Allstate will NOT do anything to make it right. Not to mention the premium they took for a vehicle that no longer existed, they refuse to fix that as well. Thank God we didn't get pulled over or get in any kind of accident during that time. There's no telling what Allstate would NOT have done to fix the mistake.
