I booked a car for today and it was confirmed, they took my payment info and even sent me an email this morning saying they will see me later today. I drive there and THEY ARE CLOSED! Lights off and doors locked. Called Avis customer service and they would not provide any credit whatsoever. They said I could drive 40 minutes away to another facility but will get no discount. I’ve had issues with Avis before. I am done with them as they have shown they don’t respect their customers.

I should have checked reviews before renting a car form here. They are complete fraud and only let you rent a car so they can charge you $$$ upon returning.

Just lost 6000 reward points thanks to this locations’ poor service. Made a reservation for noon, found out I wouldn’t be able to make it by noon so I called the day before and asked if I could pick it up at 3. They said yes, they would change the time to 3pm. Today at 2pm I got a call saying they were sold out and couldn’t get me a car. They claimed they had never spoke to me about picking it up later than noon. If they never spoke to me about that, why would they wait until 2pm to tell me this? I used my points since they were about to expire, now they can’t be refunded, so I just lost several hundred dollars worth of points that I could’ve used if I had picked a decent Avis location, but instead I picked one that’s either very dishonest or very incompetent. In either case, don’t use this location.

I wish I could give zero stars but don't give me an option. I have been renting from Avis for almost three months, I have been overcharged and never get the car that I requested. I am very disappointed about the customer service and the pricing policy. Never rent from them again.

My husband and I rented a car for 6 days, we paid for their insurance and when we returned the car completely empty, they threatened to charge us $300 on top of the $750 they already charged us because of some dirt in the floorboards.The man running the counter was apathetic and acted like we returned the car damaged. After receiving our receipt he had us take the car and vacuum it ourselves. We were told to return the car without trash, food, and personable belongings. I think it’s expected for some dirt to be in the car after a weeklong road trip.I’m also pretty sure we paid in advance for cleaning fees. It’s part of the deal. Overall an overpriced , annoying experience. Scam artists with corporate branding. Better off taking the bus.

Avoid This Location! I am a corporate client and booked a car for 7 days. My job was done early so called them to check if I have any fee for early return and they confirmed no. Came in, returned my car, got the bill and it is full payment! Asked what’s going on, they said I have to pay, I said in that case I will keep the car but the lady said No. I said I called before coming and she told me “you must have called 1 800 number”. I said no, I called this location and I have the log. Anyways they said they can’t do anything. Called my corporate to get in touch with Avis corporate, let’s see what happens but never renting from them again! Worst service ever and experience with Avis for the first time!

Never rent from here!!! I booked a standard elite suv (7 seater) and we were given a midsize at best suv. That can only fit 5 people when we booked for 7 seater. So now I have to rent or drive another car down to a family vacation!!!! And to top it off the lady gave no adjustment in price.Save your time and book elsewhere!!! This place a joke

Called to check in on my existing reservation for the TG break. The lady who works there was needlessly rude and not helpful. I wish Avis Corporate was monitoring these reviews, as I don't seem to be the only one with an unsatisfactory experience.

This place is a joke. I now see what all these 1 star reviews are about. The lady who runs the place is neither courteous nor helpful. She is very rude and i have heard from others that she abrupltly hangs up on people. She might be going through a tough life. Anyways absolute junk. Never ever recommend them to anyone.

I reserved a vehicle and paid for it upfront, five days in advance. I arrived 30 mins late because I have two small children that I was trying to get ready to go to a wedding that was 4 hours away. When I got there, the manager informed me that she didn't have any "extra" cars. She said that I was supposed to be there at 10 and they can't wait all day. I paid for it already! From the other reviews I have read, it wouldn't have mattered if I got there 30 mins early, I still probably wouldn't have a car. When I asked about a refund, she said that since I paid online, that I would have to go online and find the number to call... basically meaning, figure it out yourself. She was too lazy to even get me refunded or give me a number to do so. I missed my friends wedding, in which my kids were supposed to be in, thanks to the unprofessional, careless, rude, so called manager. I usually use Enterprise and after this experience, I will continue to do so.

I reserved a vehicle 48 hrs in advance and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle I was informed that they had sold out and that no vehicles were available. I was not notified by email or by phone from anyone that my reservation was canceled due to them renting it to someone else. This is very unacceptable!!! Bad Business!!!

As we are starting to travel for work again, this location is very convenient to my home. Standard selection of clean cars with a few unexpected new models (yay!). Staff was straightforward and quick to get me in and out!
