I take batteries to autozone for charging. Last week i left two at autozone and two ay oreily in collierville autozone charged them within two hours while the other two remai ed at oreily for seven day and they did not charge it. What is worse with oreily is that it is disrespectful and mean and misleading. They asvertise they chargw batteries which they never do and perhaps they do for some and not for others as only the employees do not represent Ll sections of the comkunity black bispa i or others. On the contrary autozone is represented by all sections of the community. The elderly man who served me today around six was very respectful cooperative and informative u like the your chap louis a d another white lasy at ofeily who dispised me

I was having battery/alternator issues on my car yesterday, and Erin was super helpful. She made sure I got taken care of, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was very cordial and it was overall a great experience! If you go, definitely see if Erin is there and she’ll get you taken care of with a little extra enthusiasm.

Eddy greeted me instantly as I walked trough the door, found the oil I needed for my car and even got it for me. He also made sure to ask about my mileage and got me the best oil for my car as well. Never been in and out Of an auto zone so fast before. Amazing customer service thank you eddy

One of our friend’s rental had some issues and refused to start right before they were about to begin a road trip this afternoon. We drove to the closest Autozone in our car hoping to get some advice on what might be wrong and Dori from this store was amazing and extremely helpful!! She even drove down a mile and half away from the store to where the rental had stopped , sorted the car out and helped them get going! A big thank you to Dori for going the extra mile!
